Despite some zombies dying from so much as a prostate tickle and others NOT dying from a mag dump and a some cuts and slashes, rejecting the very concept of firearms, this is starting to actually look playable. Loving the addition of weapons. I hope they focus on fixes still rather than content, still runs real shit in some POI's. Also team participation seems to be little to none in this game, everyone takes shit for things they dont even have. I look forward to a few more months of work on this game. Content and Fixes as there are still some minor bug tweaks and explosives being unbearably weak. Here's hoping.
in part 1 of this game players also take items and resources that they do not need. that is simply an issue that cannot be solved because players are either greedy or do not know what ammo type works with what gun etc
3:48 I like the little stagger and moan she did when he took aim at her. It was probably just coincidental timing, but it would be cool to have some zombies react to you when you threaten them. Makes it feel more tragic, like she’s still human enough to understand that she’s in danger, but too far gone to stop herself.
One major thing I cannot stand is the zombies are just the player models … just slightly more pale and covered in blood. They don’t look like zombies at all. The original concept for NMRIH 2 had the zombies actually looking like zombies !
It's probably a placeholder, using turned player models until they finalize the models for the infected. It's still in early access, or Alpha so we still got a ways to go.
just like other games, the more updates they do, the better. I will say the game is better than when they first launch, you can think of the launch version as the pre alpha and this update is the real launch early access version.
looks great but the zombies kind of look way too fresh, just pale with no wounds. It just looks like they might've up and died and then reanimated. I mean sure yeah there's bloody ones... but the first game did a far better job on making the zombies actually look like one and how they basically turned with bite wounds and really gnarly wounds, these just look like people really high on drugs lol but hopefully its just a placeholder.
In the lore the bulk of zombies were from when large chunks of the population went into comatose states from the initial infection which didn’t involve bites but eating meat from infected livestock. That is why most of the zombies don’t have bite wounds
@RoyalGaming-RG it's still gonna be bad. The development of this game was scummy, basically a portfolio booster for the dev that's been in development for 12 years.
@MartinSheloni the lead dev of the first NMRiH said this is how the game was when torn banner bought it. The Team themselves decided that horrible decision. Nice try though, the former lead dev of the first has posted a lot on the steam forums explaining why the sequels bad.

Yes, there is but the game only has 1 map currently.
They need to return the infection,the push button and new maps with day or night variants and then, i may buy it
