- Werewolves and vampire lords have no models for most armor, and this allows them to equip the same enchantment multiple times. This can be abused to make Skyrim's restoration loop easier and more reliable than ever before. You can also use it to boost your carry weight, health, or any other value you can buff with enchantments.

Don’t forget by making a smithing potion and another high value potion, you can max smithing and speech too. Get a weapon and a few ingots, drink the potion, and then improve the weapon at a grindstone, this will easily max smithing out. Now go and sell the weapon and then any leftover potions to max out speech

If you equip a 20% alchemy item exactly 87 times, with all 5 alchemist perks and benefactor, you can make a potion of enchanting that gives a 276% increase, which, with all 5 enchanter perks and Insightful enchanter, allows you to make spell reduction enchatments with exactly 100% reduction, nice and neat
Why have 100% though when you can have 287582957%?

@@GreenPikminthe reduction is capped so it’s never 100% regardless of what the number on screen says. The devs called (Edit: CAPPED) reduction to magic of all kinds at 85%. The way around that afaik is to also have magicka absorption abilities so you achieve the goal. You’re never actually “invincible” in the game but pretty tanky (even with the exploits; assuming you’re running unmodded and anniversary edition with their unofficial patch).
@@GR8Trollio I'm pretty sure this is false. maybe for magic resistance, but reduction works to 100%. If you have it to where you armor reduces the cost by 100%, you just don't you mana.

Yeah its easier and you can build it up in a much more controlled way so you can get to the power of a higher being without going from a hundred thousand percent to billions and crashing from just 1 more potion in the loop. Now you can add a 25% ring a few hundred times then make a new ring using the loop to make a 10000% ring and use that one to model the exact amount you want for its use base. You almost dont need restoration potions at all you could just make a super op enchanting potion and forge a 200k percent alchemy ring to forgo the loops altogether in the end. Something i have noticed is that hp/m/st and grindstone buffs are less likely to crash from the million loops so you want to be conservative on anything skill related(which going over a few 1000 usually causes it to reverse its effects, i know pickpocketing likes to always hit 0% on even a piece of bread or a key if you overdo the enchantment strength. Lockpicking can be set to always open no matter where the position is

Damn, pretty cool to know the restoration glitch still works, the unofficial pc patch just fixed it. Though, honestly, don't think I'll ever use it again.
Completely ruined my fun. I spent time and money to level up my enchant and alchemy normally, with barnacle+salmon roe+garlic, plus just enchanting daggers.
Don't know why, but it feels more rewarding to grind for the materials in the open world and slowly progress your character. I guess I learned my lesson.
If I ever want to exploit, might as well console command my stats, ya know? Only fun part would be getting insane destruction pots and nuking enemies with fire cloak

I've already done this just duplicate krosis. You can have an absurd amount of Mana Regen to counteract the Atronach Stone by unlocking the recovery perk well the restoration potions are active you can do this at 6 or 7. But this ring trick is neat. Beats having the carry around 40 masks, although I had to Steed Stone to counter that.
I’ve discovered this one glitch I cannot replicate but when I first discovered it years I was able to re activate it over and over again without fail. You use one slow time shout and then unsheath and sheath, or vice versa, your bow. I think I could do it with other equipment like swords or shields. I cannot remember the specifics to it and haven’t been able to do it again.

On PC, you can press the "I" key to open your inventory while being beheaded. Reading an Elder Scroll before you die will save you, and your head will be gone. Saving and recalling will bring the head back, but equipping a closed helmet like the Ebony Helmet will make it disappear again.
Using furniture causes the head to float in place. Looks very strange indeed.
Can this be done with containers as well as followers?
I made an axe with a crazy drain health enchantment and it randomly stopped working. It says insufficient charge but it won’t let me charge it, the charge bar is full but it’s dark blue.
It was working for me at first with the worn shrouded cowl, but now it doesn't for some reason, it "stacks" the enchantment when I do the equipping, but doesn't show any effect on the alchemy table
Think I broke my game, and I didn't have any previous save to restore to, RIP

Is there any method to getting the dialogue menu up before transforming or is it just trial and error? I tried for a good bit of time and only got it once.
I just press and release the buttons at the exact same time, and that works about half the time.
Completely unrelated. You can make a BROKEN spell casterish. Any character can be used really just need to be a vampire an have a shock spell. Now when you transform into a vampire lord hold your shock spell. Now you hold the right hand attack an transform back. Bugs the game into thinking you're holding the shock spell an bam now you're human using that Health drain blast, also it does increase your vampire skills

You're holding down the activate button too long, press and release both buttons quickly. Should work on any version of the game.
Wait, but if the effects are lost when the "dummy armor" is unequipped, doesn't that mean it's subpar? (I understand that you could use it for smithing and enchanting, but I'm particularly interested in the effects department where you can stack effects like shock resistance, regeneration and so on)
How should one make it permanent, if possible?
first potion i made was 4278, and drinking the others didnt do anything to the next ones i drank
I made sure to drink them in order of weakest to strongest but the effect doesnt multiply
and when i go to equip the amulet i made, its still 19%
I believe you need the benefactor(skill 30) alchemy perk
I remember a glitch on old Skyrim that I can't find documented anywhere so I'm not sure if it's the Mandela effect. Basically there was a point in time where looping fortify enchanting potions and fortify alchemy gear would increase infinitely, unfortunately I don't have access to old updates to test it out.
This still works, and in fact it is even easier with Rare Curios due to the stronger enchanting ingredients. It used to take a long time though because you had to constantly switch between Seeker of Sorcery and Seeker of Shadows if you wanted to make any kind of progress.
Imagine if this worked with say... The aetherial crown and you could stack any one standing stone infinitely. If that's even remotely possible I need to find out how
Unfortunately, you can't stack the same standing stone power multiple times. However, using the Aetherial Crown, you can get all 13 standing stone powers at once: ruclips.net/video/hwCV7sT3Kio/видео.html

@@newtomixi highly recommend abusing the paralysis pickpocket trick with skill training to get through the tedious combat trees. Using the potion abuse in this video you can power level ups in seconds so you can level a skill another 5 times with a trainer. Most magic trees can be abused to level 100 easily, if you steal from skill trainers legitimately(non paralyze) you can level pickpocket insanely fast as well and can be successfully stolen with less than 1000 gold early pock level. I just started on my ps5 and have about 8 hours into it and have 100 enchanting, smithing ,destruction and over skill level 50 in every other skill except light armor, 2 handed and lockpicking, 80k gold by abusing merchant chests and Ive literally only done a couple of quests(i think literally less than 11 completed, i just unlocked dragons so I could buy breezehome and unlocked werewolf in companions and started college of winterhold just for the master destruction spell cause lighting storm is great against dragons not to mention all the soul gems in easy to access merchant chests. About ready to resto loop because I hate leveling speech and alchemy and want my character to have a 0 cast cost on every tree so I can abuse muffle and invis for sneak skills in bandit camps. Before you ask why I would break the game to such extremes and ruin the fun... back on xbox 360 I put all my time and effort into this game probably 500 hours not including the 3 minute load screens I started getting in late game. I unlocked every shout except one cause claw door was broke, every spell, every skill at 100 legitimately except illusion because I only knew the muffle trick. I desire to build an all perks character eventually and theres no way im gonna grind like i did back then to do it. If you really want to break the game... try drawing your weapon aim at a chair or bench, jump and sit at the same time, when you sit your arms should still be raised now aim at your followers head and hold the interact button to engage in the follower command prompt. While in the prompt you can move freely front back and sides and can float through walls, way easier than the stupid plate glitch and can give you easy access to pretty much anywhere as long as you have an object to sit at, now you dont have to walk around the entire outskirt of whiterun to get the skyforge chest... or plate press for the sigil stone, or college chests. Lets say theres a wooden door with a bar on the other side so you cant open it...
i dont know if im doing something wrong but im following it correctly, but when i equip the ring after its still the same % as before all the potions, also the potions arent cascading in power?
I got it to work once now it only goes up to like 200k% which is still nuts and if u make a smith potion at that it with be at like 600k damage

I'm not sure what you mean. Unequipping the ring will remove the effects, and you'll have to stack the enchantments again

This bug should work with clothing, but you'd need to enchant the clothes yourself, which would grant enchanting XP.

I don't know why but when it comes to equipping the alchemy ring after drinking the 6 fortify potions, I don't get any enhancement. It stays at 9% more power potions. Can someone help me?
You shouldnt unequip the ring, if you unequip the ring AT ANY point after the beast/vampire stack trick you will undo the whole enchantment stack. If you have a ring of 25% alchemy increase and you equip it in werewolf form 20 times you get a 500% boost to potions which X5 its strength. If you remove the ring after this at any point and re equip it you will lose the stacked effects you were getting from it and you will only be buffing the original 25. On another note i think you also need the benefactor alchemy perk to make this work correctly either way. Every resto loop guide says to have it and i think he omitted that in this video on the assumption that everyone would have known that
@@Austin-bc1yh hey, thank you for putting your time and effort to make this guide, however I should've noted that I'm playing on PC with the USSEP mod that patched the restoration loop. Nonethless, I've found a way to make smiting potions up to 137% "legally" and that's plenty enough for Master Difficulty :)

That's just a visual bug. As I said in the video, check the active effects menu to see the real strength that your character is affected by
Did you also know that female nord vampires hair bugs out when equipping the guild master hood. Found out the hard way after grinding the entirety of that quest.
All variants of the Thieves Guild Hood previously had no models for vampires, but this was patched in Special Edition.

Only works if the rings were both enchanted by the player. Pre-enchanted rings don't work with this exploit
I dont know if im doing it wrong or its been patched, but I cannot manage to talk to any followers while transforming.
For me, it helps to time the release of the talk button and power button to be simultaneous. When they are pressed down isn't so important.

The rings have to be custom enchanted, pre-enchanted ones won't work with this bug

I can superstack with 0 setup for some reason. I can also equip 1 silver and 1 gold ring (without stacking them)
The video just told me why, it's because gold rings don't appear on Khajiit vampires.

how do you get the ‘Do Not Delete’ items?
They're located out of bounds in shops and homes across Skyrim. You can clip through walls to obtain them, but my personal favorite way to get one is to pick it up through a crack in the ground below the counter in the Drunken Huntsman.

So I found a way to fix this problem. Here’s how I fixed it ( I know I’m 8 months late./ I saw this video now. Sorry in advance if anyone already knows this )
Step 1:
make sure to have equipment ready ( ring, amulet, bracers , circlet , etc ), but keep one not enchanted yet.
Step 2:
continue through the restoration loop till reaching a high percentage. ( I had 31 longfin and 30 salt pile. I reached right around the millions mark. Right when I got 13 salt pile left )
Step 3:
this is urgent, make sure to create a new enchantment for alchemy and create new potions till you have nothing left . ( to see if it works, wait till time runs out/ quick save to you have designated amount or till a amount your okay yet. This is a trial and error. When time runs out check if the potion from the new alchemy worked.)
Step 4:
create fortify of enchantment, and that should be it. Have fun everyone!

Hey, you should do a completely broken playthrough of the game. That sounds really fun! Just don't use restoration loop to make absurd weapons and armor, but everything else is fair game. Actually, don't use the restoration loop lol it's too busted

So I made one and it got into the millions but I can't recreate it and I'm unsure why
If your alchemy is at level 100, it won't level up with each potion you create, which means they'll all be the same strength when you craft them. Try making your alchemy legendary.
For some reason it won't work when i try talking and transforming

Your potions are to strong. You could try equipping the ring less times, or just don't craft the last potion

It's always interesting to see these exploits of bugs, but I'd rather just cheat if I wanted to be OP lol, less effort and same effect
Never go negative with this. You can permanently damage your alchemy skill, and be stuck making weak potions.
It's true that if you resto loop too much you can end up making very weak potions, but unequipping your Fortify Alchemy enchantment and waiting for your Fortify Restoration potion to wear off should fix this. The negative numbers are just a display bug, they're actually just really high values that the game can't show properly.
@@Sickliff I recently experienced this firsthand, and found accounts of others who experienced a permanent debuff as well. It's why I'm aware of it.
In my case, I just did the restoration loop to get my Alchemy to 100, and didn't do anything with alchemy again for a while. Lots of fast traveling, quests, and waiting after I'd done it.
Much later, when I went to use alchemy again, I noticed that every potion was weak (as though I had no perks or skill in alchemy, not negative).
I tried waiting. I tried combinations of gear. I tried setting Alchemy to Legendary to reset it. Nothing worked.
The character's alchemy was effectively broken with no apparent way to fix it (especially not on console).
Was this patched?

I'm pretty sure the patch fixes the Restoration loop, because Restoration is meant to affect only Restoration, not Alchemy, Enchanting, Smithing etc.
But it is still possible to do with potions of Enchanting and Smithing, and enchanted items for Smithing and Alchemy. It takes longer, but you can end up with a bow that will one-shot any dragon in the game.
Make a Potion of Enchanting, make a ring of Alchemy and so on until you have 6 or 7 items which buff Alchemy by a few thousand. Do the same for Enchanting and Smithing.
I have a mod that allows two rings, a Circlet plus Hood, and Cloaks, and we can enchant them all, as well as the usual gear.

My personal taste is not to create equipment or get strong by exploiting game flaws, this ruins the immersion and breaks the game. It looks unreal and very stolen. It's like cheating, it's not the character's strength or genuine talent. From Brazil.
i genuinely dont get it. i did it last night and it worked great but then today i ended up in jail which made me unequip everything so i wanted to do it again and now it just wont work, when i try to make the initial 6 fortify restoration potions, they all have the same exact percentage and they stack up in the same inventory slot, leaving me at abt 1000% better potions which sucks because last night i was easily in the billions. i havent changed anything and have followed the video’s instructions to a T like 8 times with no results. help pls
It's because your restoration skill is already at 100 so all the potions will be the same strength. Legendary your alchemy skill and try again
