If you haven't noticed yet, in the engine bay behind the brake lights there are little stands that you can fold up to help keep up the rear hood on the car. When they are up the car looks even better than it already is.
Cool to know that you have this! Look in the engine bay for a pin, there's 2 of them, it holds the hood up, if I didn't know any better I would say it's an auto art!
Great review, I have the Bburago 1:18 and it doesn't have a working suspension and also it doesnot comes wirh side vent window. I hope you can take 5 minutes to watch my collection video and let me know what you think about it.
15 bucks is a steal for this. Sadly I paid the "full" price on amazon but even for around 40 bucks it's completely worth it. This is the highest quality cheap model I own by far. The only real downside is the lack of actual brakes/calipers.
Old Maisto and Hot Wheels are the same model with only differene being raised ferrari letting under the spoiler on the hot wheels while it was just a sticker on the old maisto. Hot Wheels Elite has a few extra details but super crazy hard to find and way too expensive. Old Bburago had an old 1990s model that is worse. New Bburago today sells the Old Maisto model under its name. So new bburago model is the same as old maisto.
I have the Hot wheels elite one in yellow and this doesn't look much worse than that, which is annoying considering the elite is so much more expensive. The Maisto looks like the better buy. The elite doesn't even have brake calipers, on an £80+ model!
Exotic Diecast I know! Although it was made in 2005, but still not really acceptable at that price. Still it's the best model of the F50 available so we have to take what we can get. Reminds me of the Jaguar XJ220 - I can't believe there's still no decent model of that, only the Maisto one (which looks like it's been sat on by an elephant)
***** Yeah that's the weirdest thing with model cars that no one (even myself) understands. You just have to buy what you can get. My parents and friends always ask me, "why do you pay $500+ for 1 car one day, and $10 for 1 car another day? The simple answer is always complex. "Because they don't make a cheaper version of that one!" Hahaha ;D

+Max Cruz Oh really? Thanks for informing me! I'll try it out :)

I have one from the 19s its very nice and also a bell air mines not from the now adays its really a old one
I have it in black but the 60th anniversary edition, I colored the wheels black hehe
Is your F50's doors loose? I just picked one up from Costco and the doors seem quite loose.
Mine seem fine
Thanks for sharing this cool car mine is a project car and its coming nicely
Which best brand for the F50, a Maisto, Bburago, or HWE?

+Peter Jackson No calipers on something like that? Hmm...
