You know, they say the ultimate expression of status and wealth in NYC is having an apartment with a good view of Central Park. But i'll be damned if instead of that I wouldn't want an up-close, full-profile view of the Empire State Building (2:40 ), not to mention uninterrupted views Downtown ( 7:09 ), like this, if I had the money.

This space is beautiful and all if you like living in a big city, but if I were living in this apartment I would get tired of the views of the all those skyscrapers after a while. Give views of the river and the green mountains any day.

Who has time for a hot tub in NYC! I have jacuzzi and sauna and I cannot recall the last time I used them. I take a shower in 15 min and I’m out! I’ll remove that hot tub and use the space for something more useful

It's true, but I don't like north-facing terraces! It's cold there and terraces are nice when they're sunny. So if I were in a position to do so, I wouldn't buy this apartment, is that clear?
