Instagram sucks so much. I've been hacked and they can't retrieve my account. I've send them so many times a video verification and keeps rejected. I don't have any other option to get back my account.

Keep you LOCATION services OFF. Your stalker/hackers can track your every move through your cellphone, desktop computer, Social Media accounts, etc.

Hi Jojo, my Facebook account was hacked on Apr 22, 2021. The hacker first hacked to my email that I registered on Facebook and changed all the settings including removing my mobile number. I have reported to Facebook numerous time and sent document required but hear no response from them. My instagram Account that linked to Facebook was hacked too but kudos to the Instagram team that they resolved my problem and I could accessed right after the verification. Please do let me know how did you get back your Facebook Account? I really hope I could gain back the access as soon as I can. Thank you.

you can do both but if you can, prioritize 2-way authentication through authenticator apps, and then your phone
