Thanks Guys, just used your video to to replace my A70 battery. Hardest thing was to remove the mid frame, lucky you showed the spot to start is at the SIM slot.
Great tutorial thank you. I replaced the battery on my S7 Edge, this is slightly more work but pretty similar. Looks as though you covered everything 😊 Update: I've replaced the battery successfully but the new one isn't holding charge very well. The seller wants me to cycle the charge from 100% to 0% five times. Will this help? I suspect the new battery is old stock.
Thanks, lil bro left his phone in the sun in the car, I figured it was the battery that went when it didnt turn on or charge. Got the replacement online for cheap, easy replacement, and now the phone is back to new. Great tutorial!
Hi! I have a question. I do not have a phone heater, but i do have a 3d printer with a heated bed. I want to heat the back using the printer. How hot should it be?
Hi, Unsure if you know what issue this is, whenever I plug my replacement battery into the small connection slot I hear like a squeaking sound and the wire becomes very hot. I of course unplugged it immediately since that can't be good. I assume to phone is Kaput at this point since the motherboard is trying to fry my battery wire? Is this an issue you've had before and Possibly know of a fix?
@@DIYGeardo When I attach the little wire piece to the motherboard of the phone, there's a high pitched ringing type noise and the wire port/area becomes extremely hot. So I unplugged it straight away. It's like there's too much electrical current blasting out of the motherboard into the battery or something It's not the battery becoming hot its the wire clip part that connects them together
@@roghiheidari8856 Never managed to fix the issue, I sent the replacement battery back and haven't tried anything since. Still got the phone so I'm willing to try other fixes again if you come up with anything :)
@@ObzTicle thanks for letting me know, I waited until full charge, and seems in the next charges it is not that much hot, I do not know how long it will work...still works!
