Even though I bought at the worst time being 2007 it wasn’t easy but now in my late thirties it’s almost paid off. Don’t worry the condition if it’s a good location. I personally like how bare bones and simple it is. I mostly just use Insta to share stuff with my friends. Never had Snapchat, Twitter or TikTok so I might not know what I’m missing out lol

I hope in the process of teaching this kid how to make money and how to leverage his Fame that he also gets him a good education. Teach him about how the world works outside of just the economic realm. Maybe even getting tutored in a foreign language or two. Not everything is about just grinding to make money
The money he makes from all his investments will set him up to figure all that out in the real world. He can go learn how to speak French off some model in France if he wants too. Not bob in a class room that’s never actually been to France 😂

You don't have to be a landlord. You hire a property manger. They collect rent, take a small percentage and send you a check every month. They take the calls, take care of move ins/outs, showings and everything else. They make investment property ownership easy.
