To maintain such beautiful greenery will take a lot of maintenence. Domestic help, a gardener is a must. And during the monsoon season, it will be a nightmare. Let's not forget mosquitos and bugs. It's a mind blowing place to be living in. I am just mentioning the negative sides of it. And Dhaka city is a very dusty place. Maintaining to keep the terrace and the courtyard clean will be hard work. Thank you for showing us such an inviting home. video.
Lets think about all positive sides. If you have wish there is a way. It may be tough, but it is not impossible at all.
It has been six years since the construction, and the maintenance is good. Its true it requires extra effort for maintenance. If you have love for nature you will enjoy maintaining green.

চমৎকার আলোচনা। সত্যি বলতে কি আমার নিজের বাড়ি নেই। সরকারী কর্মচারীদের জন্য আবাসন ঋণের খবরে উঠে পড়ে লাগলাম জীবনের সবচাইতে বড় স্বপ্নটা পূরণ করতে। ইউটিউব থেকে জানার চেষ্টা করলাম। অনেক তথ্য পেয়েছি তবে সেসব অন্য দেশের। অবাক হলাম স্থাপত্য বিষয়ে আমাদের দেশীয় তেমন কোন তথ্য না পেয়ে। আপনার ভিডিও আমাকে আশাবাদী করেছে। আপনি এগিয়ে যান। আমি বিশ্বাস করি আপনি হতাশ হবেন না। অনেক অনেক আশীর্বাদ ও শুভকামনা।

বাড়ি টা অনেক সুন্দর কিন্তু GTv এর প্রেজেন্টেশন একদম বাজে। কারন বাসা টাই ঠিক ভাবে সিনেমেটিক ভাবে দেখানো হয় না। এর থেকে RUclipsr রা অনেক ভালো ভাবে কাজ করে। professionalism নেই।

আফসোস এটানা। আফসোস হলো হঠাৎ ঘরে অসুস্হ হয়ে পরলে দেশে চিকিৎসার অভাবে মরে। ত এতো সুন্দর ঘরে থেকে কি হবে🤷♀️

I am curious to know how this house gets protection from Dengue. It seems like the residence has multiple areas where it can hold stagnant water and cause Dengue. Has the owner thought of this issue?

It is a wrong concept that plants or stagnant water causes mosquito breeding. Have you heard of regular cleaning, mosquitoes repellent plants or gappi fish in small water tubs…? You can do some research and see how it works. :)

@@hss5232 Thanks for your insight. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any of the options you mentioned being discussed in the video to prevent mosquitos from breeding. I do have ideas about those options, but it would be better if we see them being implemented and executed as part of the design process. Thank you!

Too artificial...it is a house..lacks that homliness..sheet waterfall definitely arty.like a hung plastic roll..doors look foreboding...like bank vaults..claustrophobic..too talkative..product should be it's own ambassador..like a doll house for puppets a d puppetry..

It shows that just because someone has a degree in architecture and just because someone is a professor in architecture, doesn’t mean s/he is good home designer. The decoration and choice of material is weird mix of modern and traditional. The architect doesn’t have good design ideas, in my opinion. Please watch more documentaries to get more ideas!
Thanks for your observation, The mixture of modern and traditional because of the interior was decorated by client not by the architect. Here in Bangladesh we have limited opportunity to express our creativity. That doesn't mean its our limitation of knowledge and aesthetics.

Yes you are right, we have limited opportunity to customize the furniture. In this project the furniture was selected by the client.

এতো পোসপাস বাসা দিয়ে কি করবেন যেখানে দেশে কোন ভাল চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্হাই নেই , খাদ্যে ভেজাল। বরং সবাই মিলে সরকারকে দিয়ে প্রাইভেট হাসাপাতালগুলো বিলুপ্তির জন্য চাপ দিন আর সেই সাথে ভেজাল খাদ্যের জন্য কঠোর আইন করতে বলুন। আগে দেশকে সুন্দর করতে আগান তারপর বাসা।
