    That was cool...to get a stream effect you could probably use a blue substrate too, just where you want the steam to be and then have the sand along the shore

    Make some silicone stream banks by lightly greasing a sheet of glass or metal and put silicone down heavy and drop your sand on it, let cure and repeat as necessary. Maybe lay suction cups down and make a bendable-stay-in-place bank that you'll have more control over and possibly add a larger stone here and there. It should cut down on cleanup work when your fish is a jerk.

    I think you had a great idea. I think if you had done this in the beginning and added cyanoacrylate to the sand it would have stayed in place and looked spectacular. Your video has definitely given me some ideas.

      Btw, do you have a second channel, or more of the raw footage uploaded? I'm totally down to watch 3 hours of brush vs pleco XD

    If you try this again, trying some pebbles and rocks ground half flat on one side and lay them flat on the river; like rocks above the water. Love the concept

    I dont think it was a failure, the effect was really effective. It was the supporting staff that needed telling off.
    lol. Lovely scape, love how the plant on the arch drapes down.

    I love the idea and when it works it looks great but our little swimmy friends love to mess with the details 🤣 keep trying though, maybe in a tank with heavier gravel? Still small to keep the scale but heavier.

    Hello Vladimir, I would like to ask you something, I will plant montecarlo or parvula as a base plant for the plant aquarium, but do you think that I will use t8 fluorescent as a lighting would my plants grow?

      Hi. Of course the plants will grow, you just have to make sure that the lighting intensity is right for your aquarium.

    Vladimir, Liking the videos sir. If you are looking for something that will spread and diffuse the light might I suggest the overhead light panels that you find in office buildings? They measure 2 foot by 4 foot in U.S. measure. Once again thank you.

    Но сложно удержать такую картинку с речкой долго - рыбки своё дело знают)
    Подскажите пожалуйста, боковые и задняя стенки аквариума выполнены из матового стекла?
    Как реализована нижняя подсветка?

      Thanks!! Весь аквариум сделан из простого прозрачного стекла (optiwhite glass)
      Подсветка представляет собой штатную светодиодную ленту. Я написал в описании видео.
      Извините, я использую гугл переводчик. Я не понимаю по русски Надеюсь, я хорошо ответил на вопросы.

    Loved your video. It would have worked other than the fish disrupting it.
    Your tank is amazing anyway without the stream.
    I am just getting into the aqua-scapeing hobby after 30 years of keeping tropical fish, and I'm inspired by such as yourself and others, tanks.

    Can I achieve this type of carpet & plant growth with my LED bulbs?? I can't afford expensive aquirium lights because my aquarium is 3 feet x 1.5 feet long 😔 I barely managed to baught co2 setup...

      @@junaid5666 That's what I wanted to suggest to you, I use an LED bulb on my guppy pond. I just removed the diffuser from the bulb. It should work on the aquarium as well. You just need to adjust the intensity of the bulbs to the plants you have in the tank.
