I lost my birth father recently and planned the whole trip and most of my savings 😢 to take my daughter up north. It's really hard but I'm trying to learn guitar 🎸 since it's coming to me.

Oh Michelle ❤ My heart! I looove feeling like I was part of the cozy launderette love story. I was happy tear listening and drifting and ohmygeee this was such a beautiful moment to be immersed into. I honestly believe you have the eloquence to make the inside of a dumpster beautiful because the way you see and describe what is normally overlooked in this world and turn mundane into something intoxicatingly fantastical is surreal. Also this really touched my heart because my grandmother and grandfather were both first generation American from Ireland. She met him as a wave; he was in the navy, both in their 30s. He was injured and in the medical tent she worked in. Her large Irish catholic family called her a spinster. A beautiful single woman wearing bright red lipstick, red polished nails, and happily dancing evening away with the officers at uso dances. She waited for true love and it was a beautiful love story that ended too soon in her 40s. She lived to her 70s, never remarried and raised her children alone. My mother found two stacks of letters in envelopes tied into bundles with blue ribbons. It was the love letters throughout his days weeks and months away serving all the years of their courtship, marriage, and births of children. I learned to appreciate and love deeply from her ❤
This made me smile, as there is a story I want to write about dumpsters-- a novel perhaps one day. Thank you for sharing that beautiful story of your grandparents. Times were so different, and something about the strong bonds that some people formed from that generation still radiates in the modern era. How lucky to have found those letters!

I think sleeping in a 5 star hotel is so cozy - when they have those big fluffy beds that seem to engulf your whole body. Can you do a story to incorporate that feeling of a luxurious bed and all the amenities that surround a grand hotel? Also, sleeping in one of those above water bungalows in the atolls of the Maldives. Just some ideas, but you are so much more creative than me, so I'm not really even qualified to make suggestions. 💜💟💜 I used to have sundowners - I feared bedtime because of trauma I had endured -- you changed that for me. I can never express how much you helped me.
5:50 am here.I a a true insomniac.I would never fall asleep is I didn’t follow my sleep routine, usually involving Michele’s Sanctuary. Even my dog knows it’s time to listen to Michele. He has been bothering me for a few hours to stop work and he is so happy to finally here Michelle’s voice
