Is actual adiabatic flame temperature is different than theoretical calculated adiabatic flame temperature ?? Please reply

Adabatic flame temerature itself is a theoretical concept, it is the maximum theoretical temperature the flame can have. In actual cases, the real flame temperature will always be lower.
