Thank you. Your comment means a lot to me. I’m laid up with a bad knee after a dog smash into my leg. A few weeks ago was my brother’s funeral and then I discovered my godmother went to her grave saying hateful things about me because I told her to her face, I had no wish to talk about other members of the family behind their back many years ago. I’m sad that someone could carry such bitterness to their grave. Over the years, she had told me many things about her mother, brother and husband and the pain she felt towards them. I now feel I was her sound block and she became fearful I would tell others. I think it was wrong of her to use me in such a way. As I lay here listening to the music I feel at peace with myself. I won’t allow such bitterness shape my life anymore. The main players in my life are died now. My sadness is for my dear brother, and not for the adults in our life who should have known better. Be at peace my dear friend and have a beautiful day.
