While watching this video remember - they did ask locals, but they didn't present any truly local views in this video. You can expect more of just that experience when trying to do ANYTHING with the city council. Here's the truth. If you want to live in Peterborough, you better already have a lot of money or be prepared to ignore a lot of rules to get anything started.
@@BuildLessons Yeah working and saving to up move there in June or July of next year all I have the connections my main concern is finding employment. I know it's not the cheapest place to live but BC has gotten to be far to expensive and I figure this is the best fit for me.
@@BuildLessons Well I work as a butcher and just finished bartending classes I have Goldsmith, Cooking, supervisor experience so I would say something along those lines.
except the roads are from hell here and the city doesn't care about fixing it's potholes, some main roads would not be considered as roads by any city standard, and many potholes are like 1.5 inches under the roads, ridiculous. They got 10 million from the Casino 2023, and nobody knows where the money is going.....it's almost like city councillors are using the money buying real estate for their family members.....that's how ridiculous the roads are here!
I'm very close too living in Peterborough or somewhere in this are next year. If you can help me please let me know. I'm currently living in BC right now but I'm leaving for many reasons.
