Thanks!!! You just saved me P3.5k! That was how much our friendly neighborhood auto shop was charging to " clean the fuel tank and strainer" on my toyota fort. They even told me to replace the entire fuel filter assembly w/c they would graciously order for me! 👍👍👍

I’ve had this problem for the last 8 months, My Michanic changed the fuel filter, and he couldn’t get the warning light to turn off, then he said the sensor inside is faulty and changed the whole fuel filter enclosure, and the light stayed on, he even put the car on a diagnostic machine and still couldn’t do it, finally he said to take it to the main dealer and have them look at it.
Then I said let me have a look on RUclips and saw your video, I did it the way you showed it and it worked like a charm🤩

Thanks a lot,but to make sure I check the condition of my fuel filter then check the fuel if contaminated with water then follow your way on how to reset the indicator light and it works....but much better to replaced the fuel filter regularly.

Simple disconnect & reconnect didn't work for me at my Hilux. Had to jump sedimentor switch with wire for a second,then it gone. But anyway thank you very much for an idea.
