I am making a film about my mother, who is a Holocaust survivor. I have been invited by the town where she lived as a child, in Germany, to speak about her and the film. The past two years have been deep, and sometimes heart-wrenchingly painful, especially trying to make it happen during a worldwide pandemic. I just Googled 'Murphy's Law' to help me find a way to say the term in German so I can speak to the audience.
