I Found a Patch! 34 GOLD NUGGETS in a DAY!

After Neil found his patch I got my turn! I started finding small gold in the gully and decided to work my way up the slope.. It paid off beautifully, I started finding bigger bits and I was getting multiple pieces per chain line! It was such a good spot! Every target was got bar 2.

Moving and catching the patch up slope was a pivotal manoeuvre, Lee. You sensed it from the dotted line of finds along the chained side of the minimalist creeklet. Thirsty land! I noticed there thin tree stumps more than the usual scrubby shrubbery in the terrain, whether it has bearing on the ground holding gold there, I'd like to test the theory, thanks for sharing, such that we may dream our own field work testing such ideas!
