That depends on how much you are withdrawing and the current official exchange rate vs the parallel market.

Normally clients cannot pay you directly to your bank account except if they already have a system in place to do that.
You can create a USD account in Payoneer if you need to.

I don't think there is a way for you to accept international payments via check. They can pay you via wire transfer though.
I would also advise you to be careful with clients who propose to pay you via check. Because a lot of fake recruiters recommend things that they know will not work for you.

NO! Client doesn't need to know your email address to pay you on Upwork. If they say they need to know your Upwork email be careful with them, they might be trying to scam you.
