biting my time till the imaginarium theater drops for genshin 4.7 in a few days and we can talk more about the hexenzirkel stuff. but till then a venti video cause why not. although venti stans might not like the conclusion drawn in the video lol. going over barbatos cliaming he is the weakest of the 7 archons, despite past accolades suggesting otherwise, and the entire hexenzirkel wanting to challenge him like he was the primordial one. is he stronger then ei or zhongli? no. is he weaker then nahida and the now dead focalors? surpisingly maybe. anyway natlan teaser should be in like two weeks right? crazy nothings been leaked about 5.0

Just the fact that we haven't had a Second Story Quest for him yet shows that there must be something BIG about Venti that they will wait until the last second to reveal
It’s definitely related to his relation to istaroth, who is probably one of the moon sisters or a shade or even both, along with potentially being the crimson moon. He is also the only archon who isn’t always in his region( he is always exploring and has been known to be in other regions) what is he doing in that time? And it could also be in relation to the Hexenzirkel.

@@SpydeR5K currently there are 2 archons to be known to have a relation to 1 of the 4 shades which are venti and egeria (and technically ei and makoto as well). Venti is not ruling his nation so it makes sense that he is the one who leaves his nation though it would also not be bad for zhongli to do the same.

Technically, it’s not just the church and the people of Mondstadt who worship him. This is because anywhere in Tevyat, one needs the blessing of the Anemo Archon to be able to glide, as mentioned by a Sumeru NPC.
Even IF he's the weakest, he's the weakest among the Archons, with power given to him by THE PRIMORDIAL ONE A PROGENITOR GOD HAILING FROM BEYOND THE STARS. So he's surely still pretty strong.

The weakest current Archon obviously Nahida because she lose her "adult" form, if you count Furina too because Focalors giving back their hydro power to Neuvillete although he giving back again a little his hydro power with those hydro vision

If faith is basis of an archon's strength, I still think Venti's getting more of that. He wasnt framed/confirmed as dead to his people. All of Mondstadt festivals revolves around him and his ideals directly. KoF is a historical proof that he exists. Overthrowing the aristrocats is another proof. Durin remains in Dragonspine also. The matter of being forgotten or having doubts doesnt make sense. Ok, given that his last major appearance was probably 500 yrs ago prior start, people for sure can deduce based on history, that he's just disappearing from time to time (in looong intervals.)
But honestly, I wouldnt put it past Teyvat peeps (especially Mondstadt peeps) to be very dense tbh.
Still a bit of a dichotomy here since the Church the main driving force seems to be at odds with him and his ideals.
I really hope that Venti ended up employing the Hezenzirkel like the Tsaritsa’s Fatui, Nahida’s Darshan, Raiden’s Commisions or Zhongli’s Adepti. They are all organisations which help the Archons run their nation separate to the military in each nation.

Oh I like that theory a lot. But I think Venti was an intermediate with Heavenly Principles, because it's said that he was asleep, which the heavenly principles also is, so I think he awoke early there is something seriously wrong with that bard.

Venti is lying his ASS off. He knows where we are at all times, for one. So long as the wind blows, he hears everything as well. There’s no way in hell he’s weaker than Nahida either, and she’s a baby.

There is a reason why Babatos and Morax are the last of the original archons... Babatos might be the weakest Archon *as for now*, but he's the God of Freedom, and what's the final goal of this journey if it's not ''end the original Contract'' and get freedom from the shackles of fate... I mean what better way to allude to their role in the endgame than one being the God of freedom and the God of contracts, one who gets more powerful with the people's desire for Freedom, and the other who's goal is to end all contracts, as prefaced in Summit Shaper : _''A legend still circulates, saying that this weapon's true owner will one day return to walk among mortals. Then, this sword will once again gleam gold, and its light will cut through the greatest of this world's injustices... Just as it did when Rex Lapis made his solemn oath before the people.''_ FYI the Golden Majesty series of weapons foreshadowed events that happened eventually in-game. So who knows ?

Yeah the guy is litterally 1/4 of *THE* DESCENDER THE PRIMORDIAL GOD HAILED FROM ABOVE
He's definitely not stronger than Ei or Zhongli. He may have been stronger than Egeria, Furina and Nahida but I doubt he's more powerful than Rukkhadevata. He definitely doesn't have any fighting accolades to compete with the strongest gods we know of either thats for sure.

Teraforming the entire landscape of monstadt with pure wind power! And throwing the biggest mountain in teyvat (taller than dragon spine the current biggest mountain) as far as golden apple archipelago creating it with the remains!
Do you know how strong must the wind be to do something as ridiculous as that? +Plus there are a lot of hints that he has time powers as well like that one time he summoned the ild memories of monstadt residents
And as Alice said herself the hexinzicle in its entirety was once rival to the anemo archon's power

I feel like they'll surprise us... Since we haven't gotten his 2nd Story Quest. He already hinted that he's the Seed of Hope from one of his lines. We know who's in charge of the "seeds."

Now tell me... What does Venti do every couple of hundreds of years? Disappear and Reappear we saw this in the manga.
This is why I believe Venti is not from this timeline and I have a strong feeling that Venti is Istaroth's Scribe first in the entire game he's the only one who'll say "Hark! I hear armor without. Here, I shall stop writing." this some Bard type a stuff.
Also he mentioned this a LONG TIME AGO.

About the Knights of Favonious handbook, it stating "several" does not mean a lot of his people (or a lot of the knights) don't believe in him.
In order of quantity few < some < **several** < many < most.
A few tends to = 2-3
Some tends to = 5-10%
Several tends to = 10-20%
A lot tends to = 20-30%
Many tends to = 30-50%(typically less than 50%)
Most tends to equal = 50%+
Google even states that "several" does not typically mean "alot".
Assuming that the percentages ARE accurate, 10-20% of his people is not a lot. Venti is also worshipped OUTSIDE of Mondstdadt as well so he likely already made up for the 10-20% of his people that doubts him.

Realistically though, Venti sounds more sarcastic than anything when he says the line about being the weakest. Especially when you consider that he says that Archons get power by ruling their own nations. Bish, Zhongli decided to get his pension and still had/has power, Raiden a shut-in NEET who decided to go off into her own robot (in both senses of "own") and we still needed to convince her to stop with power of hundred people, Nahida explained herself and Furina wasn't even a godly deity, the power literally was the other half in Oratrice, and neither of them really ruled Fontaine, that's something Neuvillette got stuck with.
By all means, if Venti's words are true, Tsaritsa might be the strongest cuz she actually tries to rule her nation (from what it seems)
Considering his words still shape Mondstadt though, i think there's more to him than he shows but i doubt he's the most powerful or has that much FIGHTHING strength specifically
Focalors did have a lot of faith and belief in her, but not her directly but instead concept of justice itself. Furina was making people interested in justice by making it all dramatic and performative, while Focalors was harvesting it from the Oratrice.
now we have absolutely zero idea about Focalors's combat abilities but she should be extremely powerful thanks to all that Oratrice energy at her disposal. she said Fontaine could thrive with the energy provided from the Oratrice for millennia or more and the machine was also able to not only permanently kill her(while gods even after death leave their cursed presence) but also destroy the divine throne made by CELESTIA.
but yeah she was not "ruling" Fontaine.
Basically people just need to believe in their archon to pretect them. Though Ei and Focolors technically did not rule their nation, people believes in them for protection and they believed that they were ruling because The shogun puppet and Furina were "ruling" the nation, tricking the people that it is the actual archon that is ruling. This is why Focolors gained enough power through the beliefs of the people to destroy the divine throne and why ei is considered really strong compared to other archons. Zhongli did have alot of people's faith before but now he no longer has most of the people believing in him and thus he is no longer as strong as he once used to be. The same goes to venti, and somewhat nahida in the past as well when people stopped believing in her because she was not the greatter lord but rather the lesser lord, though now more people start believing in her.
He was never the best fighter. Actually, he was never much of a fighter at all. He provides support to others in battles. He once possessed a lot of power, like when he terraformed Mondstat but he has no fighting feats. Like 0.

Anyway, she had to actively rule for this plan to work. Which Venti currently isn't.

There are several categories and variables to try to reach a conclusion in this discussion, such as:
the size and strength of the faith that humans have in these archon
brute/physical force
their innate power
their arsenals
In Venti's case, all of Mond has faith in him
he can launch blades of wind that can cut through mountains
Possibly has the power of time
has a lyre that can transform into weapons and an elemental dragon as his right arm
I think you're right currently or at least before the Stormterror crisis.
I also think that every time Barbatos shows himself in moments of real crisis such as the Durin disaster, the people of Mondstadt's sudden increase in faith will give him the additional power he needs to do what he needs to save Mondstadt.
This time though, he has only shown his real identity to a select number of people: the Traveler and Paimon, Jean and Diluc. Jean and Diluc especially are able to slowly spread the faith of Barbatos through sheer example or just dropping slight subliminal messaging. And of course when the next disaster will hit and Barbatos will *have* to make himself public, faith in him will be back at proper level again for a while.
Venti is the trickster god. he lies. He is the god of freedom and that is a powerful ideal. Giving people freedom and not ruling over them is maybe the very essence of his power. I believe he is on top of his game. Just hides it, for reasons known to him. He is not weak, he is cunning. his naps keep erosion away.
I'd say Venti is clearly stronger than Hydro archon that is not only dead, but there can't be another Hydro archon, that is enough to make it a lie.
And there are rumors that Pyro Archon is dead too. no matter how weak is Venti he can't be weaker than someone who is dead, by definition of dead.

Basically the original pyro archon is said to be still alive and is known as Xbalanque and he is the master/mentor of the 2 new pyro archons. We just need to see for ourselves how it unfolds.

I still think Venti is powerful, BUT not in combat, rather through hax,
1. Venti can surpress or furify many kinds of curses & corruption:
He can surpress the karmic dept of many Gods inflicted upon Xaio, (I am not shock if he can render delusions useless as they were the same stuff)
He can possibly remove Abyssal corruption from Dvalin (The Traveler interrupted this process)
(I am not shocked if Venti was the one that surpress kaeya curse of immortality, and can do the same to Dains, & Gold)
2. Venti has abilities related to Time:
He knows all songs from the past, present and futures.
He pull off the winds of the past.
3. Venti has some weird abilities:
His influence produce talking animals and objects, like the talking Squirrel & Boat, to the origins of the Kitsunes.
Venti also seems to have good control over his Authority to the Winds, disable many users of the glider without his permission.
Venti might be a strong a contender over Rukhadevata, and Nahidas abilities.
I don't think he can "supress Karmic debt" dear, because it's not merely filth that needs to be clensed.. Yes Xiao said the melody calmed his soul, but it works as much as the Elixirs Morax creates for him, to "sooth".

Venti is allergic to cats but people allergic to cats are actually allergic to their saliva and since licking is the main way cats groom themselves it's what makes them considered the main source of an allergy. Cats also love Venti and are naturally drawn to him. In spirituality, cats being drawn to you means you have a powerful spiritual connection while having a cat allergy means you're hiding your true self or you're waiting for something to happen like some sort of transformation

Him being related to the four shades already makes him powerful through blood, especially considerinf the fact that of the 7 archons, Venti is the closest to the Primordial One. How close exactly? I think they're closer than we thing purely because of how similar they are

The Fact that he had that much power in the past, and chooses to sleep all the time (which i believe is to negate erosion), I would say he still has most of his past power.
Erosion does not affect "power" it affects the "will" of immortals.
This is why Zhongli said "the greater the power, the greater the danger erosion might bring about" as he describes it : to abandon and surrender the things we love to porsue the right path is the erosion imposed on him by the heavenlyprinciples, and the erosion Ei feared wasn't the decline of her power, but the change of heart an eternity might bring, she feared one day her ideals would weaken.

Venti claims to already ‘know every song in teyvat.’ He also offers to make the traveller his disciple. At the end of venti’s charecter story 5, it is stated “ credit should be given more credits belong- if not, for the bar who pins the song, then who shall ensure that these tales are passed on?”
Perhaps before the traveler arrived in teyvat, venti tried to become the observer for all of teyvats history. Also considering Venti is basically a child of istaroth, and has many time monikers all over his design and kit, aswell as the statue with the gateway to celestia. I think he certainly has some secret power, not even the FULL hexenzirkel wanted to face him, was that because of his strength or his purpose?

@cooprh that's why I always say there is a reason behind Zhongli and Venti being so secretive and being the only remaining OG Archons. I the same light, the "contract" Rex Lapis signed to not talk about anything wouldn't serve any purpose if his memory was permissible to Irminsul tempering, and with the recent Bedtime stroy goving a strong link between leylines and memories, and the fact that Rex Lapis' "blood" runs through the world's arteries (namingly the leylines of gold) and given how they showed us the extent of power such a feeble adeptus such as Fujin had.... Anybody who belittles these two or there role in the endgame is just, so, so wrong.
Also it was never stated that Venti slept BECAUSE of erosion. This is speculation for lore states that the reason he slept were of unknown reasons which leads me to believe its something he himself is unable to control proven by the fact when he woke up in the manga he didn't even know how long he was asleep for. Despite that, it seems like erosion doesn't really affect Venti because he seems to have his will and his memories entact

With wind no less. Venti didn't manipulate earth to terraform, didn't use his powers to grow forests or did he use an ancient sword technique to split an island. He used wind, all from simply plucking the strings on his lyre
dawit emphasized that him doing this happened from a looong long long time ago, when theyre fresh out the archon war and faith is at an all time high. the same cannot be said in present day tho (but rly im still hoping the theories are true and my boy is hiding some special sauce in him)

There is one problem with your analysis. There is no faith in the seen. If something factually exists, then there is no room for faith. Liyue's people faith are in the divine predictions and contracts of Rex Lapis. Inazuma's faith is in the Raiden Shogun's Eternity. Sumeru's faith was in the wisdom of the Greater Lord and the Akasha. Fontaine's faith was in the Justice of the Court. Mondstadt's faith is in Freedom...
It would be more ike having faith in the archon itself to protect them from calamity, etc. It wasn't mentioned that is was restricted to specifically fiath in the archon's ideal. If that were to case Nahida would have always been strong because the people know she is smart and "beleive" in her wisdom, they just don't believe in her because they thought she is less than greater lord. In fontaine as well it was only mentioned that Focolors gained power because people believed in Furina as their archon, not her justice, especially since Neuvillette carried a deeper connection with justice than Furina. Similar things can be said about the shogun as well since people believed in her power and not really her eternity and

well so you just proved venti isnt weakest archon of the seven, since people in liyue dont worship rex lapis anymore, since he is dead to them and people treated furina as a celebrity instead of a god
Furina is and was neer an archon let alone a god so even if people have believed in her, she was never gaining power from that since she is just a human, the only person tht gained power from her performance is Focolors who is currently dead and destroyed the divine throne meaning it's now 6 archons.
As for zhongli either can be weaker and either can be stronger, I just think zhongli has an edge since he was always strong with or without the archon boost and he is much older and containing a lot of wisdom
The problem in that reasonning is that Zhongli had always been one of the most powerful creatures in Teyvat, the Prime of the Adepti and descended a God as opposed to Venti who was a wind spirit who ascended to Godhood because of the faith of people. Where Zhongli (and Ei) was powerful without his Gnosis, without the worship of people, because even after he had "just descended" he was already the Ancestor/Prime of the Adepti and was able to raise mountain and move seas.... There is no point in comparing them based on the factor alone.
tbh i still think ventis the strongest, liyue thinks zhongli is dead, inazumans are scared of raiden, the people of sumeru just.. dont like nahida, and focalors is dead. Even if venti isnt as worshipped as he once was, hes definitely more powerful than the current archons we’ve met.
people in other nations worship him as well, I haven’t seen that with any other archons so
I belive Venti is strongger then what we see and not as weak as he say ,although i don't relly know how strong he is but i belive he stronge enough to defeat low rank fatui harbinger from childe to Scaramouch without his electro gnosis power up and his giant mech body

He may not be the strongest archon but considering he is on a god level scaling he should be stronger than most of the harbingers and probably even arlecchino since only top 3 are considered god level. I think signora had him in a trap since he couldn't really do much in the situation. His legs were frozen with ice and all he could do in that situation is trying to use wind to dissolve the ice and wind against frozen ice is not really effective. He probably could have done more destructive things but it would risk his identity as well so...

I believe that venti is the weakest archon bc archons don't need only power and faith but also fighting skills i mean makoto and ei had the same amount of worships but ei was more powerful bc she knows martial arts while makoto wasn't a fighter and sadly died in khaenriah, but not weak to the point he's reduced to nothing bc nahida had only few belivers from the grand bazaar yet we seen all the shit she could do before rukkhadevata was erased, same way how he was able to support dvalin against durin in the cataclysm but also venti's intelligence also makes it up to him bc albedo said that the anemo archon came up with the plan of dropping durin in dragonspine bc the snow never melts and is very capable of stopping durin's toxic blood to continue flowing and reach mondstadt
He may be since he is the only archon i see getting tired after using his powers. Not even nahida did. Focalor earned up so much power for this. Ei is a battle God same as Zhongli.
But still can't shake the fact he is currently one of the remaining original archon. Survived the cataclysm (tho it's very tragic backstory to the people).
I've noticed Barbatos isn't a killer like Morax or Ei who never hesitates. Despite the power he has before he didn't kill anyone. According to Neuvilette he is the God of Breeze and Hope.. Guess he lives up to his name.

In the past, he also wielded the Skyward Atlas before letting it be copied and used by his people. The Skyward Atlas' description also states that Venti is the only person in Teyvat knows the full power of the thousand winds atlas or something. Then theres the fact that Venti created the skyward series. While it doesn't state directly that he used it, it was said that the skyward blade was capable of piercing the black-gold scales of the kingdom of the abyss,
and cut the throats of the sons of ancient sinners. It wasn't stated by who, but Venti is the one who created it

combat wise, i think he's among the weakest. he's a support type of god, choosing heroes from different era to give his aid to. first was the unnamed bard, second was Venessa, third was Dvalin against Durin, and currently, us when we tried to free Dvalin.
in terms of importance tho, I'd say he's up there with Rukkha (npw Nahida) and Egeria (now Neuvillette is holding it).
so far, the 2 playable Harbingers (because Wanderer is no longer considered one) have very unfavorable opinion of the wind. Childe said the wind is picking up, there's conflict in the air. and Arlecchino basically said don't tell your secrets to the wind because the wind will spread it around.

@@The_original_one Not confirmed to be the "son" of Istaroth. The only archon that we know for sure is created by a shining shade is Egeria from the shade of life. But venti and makoto do have connections with Istaroth.
I agree with you that his power derived from the people's faith is small and he could be the weakest in terms of combat. However, I think his power of music is underrated. He tamed Dvalin, soothed Xiao's karmic debt, and even entranced Durin thus he stopped fighting for a moment. If Rukkhadevata could create a whole race of Aranara by singing, I wonder how much Venti can do by his music.

Assuming that Canon represents time, its a theory that Canon is actually Istaroth which is supported by the fact the statue of the omnipresent god is inspired by an Omnipresent God called Guanyin who's also called "Kannon". The statue also looks similar to the Welkin Moon lady which can be why they're sisters.

I lost 18! 50:50 in row in Genshin over the course of 3 years and all were at like softpitty while also needing 4 times 200-209 pulls on weapon banner for the weapon in row because having to go to hard pitty 4x (3x softpitty each)... odds under 0.01% it happened to me. Furina C1 at 81... was my first 50:50 win now after 3 years lol, probably the curse is gone with that hopefully.... but it made me stop buying BP and also playing for most part. I know he used to be strong because Archon War is war of Gods and He will not be seated as the Anemo archon for nothing. I don't think powers dwindle as much afterall.. Ei is still as strong as before despite 500 years of meditation. Nahida still gains strength slowly despite a very low amount of people believing her. Focalor is a different story.

This. People think "feats" are enough to determine whether an archon is weak or strong and a lot of those feats is them fighting and winning but Venti is a pacifist. Do you need a better luck? I can recommend you some Slavic rituals to fix that.
First of all, it would help to cleanse your aura. During the full moon or waning, take a shower. While you're showering, do movements as if you wanted to wash away your aura and say "I release myself from this burden."
After your own aura has been cleansed, it's time to remove potential bad luck caused by superstitions. Take a piece of unpainted wood and knock into it. As if you knocked a door .Then spit through your left arm (it doesn't have to be very wet, just "tfu" is enough).
After you've reduced bad luck, it's time to increase good luck. You need a candle and a dark room. Start the fire on the candle, and look at the fire. Focus on it, cleanse your mind. If you can't focus, let your thoughts flow until you can focus on the fire again. Imagine there is a fire of your own energy inside you and try to feel it increasing. Think about this energy working to increase your luck.
I hope this will help. Note that you don't need to do it all in order, so you can start the stuff that don't require moon phases right now.

It's as if the twins were actually brought by Venti, and Istaroth gave the time mature. His inverted statue shows the other side of the statue in Mondstat which may symbolize real access to Celestia. That statue, for me, must have a mechanism that, when rotated in a circle, opens the way for Celestia. It is curious to think about the phrase: Ad astra, abissosque.
We cannot forget that Istaroth is one of the shadows, and therefore one of the first inhabitants of Celestia. Her connection to Venti would explain why it would have a connection with a possible path to Celestia, since Monds is the city of the moon in German. It would be interesting if the doors between the kingdoms were in the city that pays homage to the moon....

I think his power is spread very thin, although diminished, he’s still controlling much of the wind across all Teyvat.
Speaking as someone with 2 degrees in probability / statistics, I have never really taken note of winning or losing the 50-50. I just go in with the primos to get what I want and then I get it. If I get lucky then that's more saved for the next purchase. Hence I usually only notice good luck, the opposite of most players perhaps.
I don't think your bad luck can be so easily measure in % odds, unless you state ahead of time what is going to count. For example your measurement of not winning any 50-50 ex post facto came to include GI and WW because you happened to lose there but excluded HSR because you won there. Had you won in WW too I suspect you would have changed the rules and excluded WW from your "I am a sad loser" statistic. While this doesn't explain all your bad luck it does explain a good chunk of it. Similarly I'm not sure what you mean by losing a 75-25 or whether the 75% is the good result or not, but an ex post facto decision about whether to fit that into the overall statistic would have likely been determined by whether you won or not.
You'd really have to start your count of ill fortune from scratch and say ahead of time which games and which random events would count to your bad luck streak. Such as "only 50-50s for the equivalent of 5* characters but in any game"

Like the video mentions, there is a difference between worship and belief. Mondstat people may worship him as some historical figure or something, but they don't believe in him. Like he stated even the knights of favonious don't believe in him. The power of an archon accords with the aount of belief/faith their people have in that archon and currently minimal amount of people believe in venti to save them. Most of the people in actual trouble only go to the knights of favonious and only a very few believe in him which are the nuns. When compared to other nations, zhongli and liyue is at a similar place, inazumans believe in the shogun so fight against any war, etc. which gives power to ei, more people are starting to believe in Nahida which is starting to give her more power, and Focolors is dead so no point of talking about that. Back to mondstat people haven't started believing in venti more now than when he stated he was the weakest, them saying may Barbatos guide you or smt like that is just a phrase commonly said, which doesn't mean they believe in what they say because they have always said this.
@@Ei_Shogunwell its clear that worship does have a part in people's faith because Sumeru's glider states that a researcher tried to create a replica of a wind glider but all their attempts to actually fly resulted in them plummeting to the ground and only after praying for the anemo archon's blessings were they able to fly.
Then there's the fact that the knights of favonius handbook explicitly states that several members do not share belief. The only problem here tho is that "several" is not often times seen as a lot. Maybe if you were to say "several people in teyvat don't believe" then it'd be considered a lot but seveal is typically about 10-20% with many being 20-30%, a lot being 30-50% (typically less than 50%) and most being 50%+
I believe in this because most Mondstadters will still say Barbatos' name in worship ir say things similar to "Let the wind guide". Venti so far has the most festivals celebrated in his name out of the other regions. Weinlesefest, Windblume and Ludi Harpeustum all in celebration of him and taking part of a religious festival is also seen as a form of worship.

@@Ei_Shogun there's nothing in lore to suggest its just a saying though. Venti is masquerading as a human and with that he has to adapt so the facade is believable enough. Him saying that line can be a cause of this adaptation since he rarely assumes his Barbatos form in general. But then a short released by MiHoYo showed Venti talking to Xiao and Venti said something along the lines of "Sometimes, its good to take the mask off" but, when he said that, he wasn't looking towards Xiao, he was looking up towards the sky/moon suggesting he felt some kind of internal troubles himself.

In terms of combat prowess, Venti is definitely one of the weakest I'd say 2nd only to Nahida, given the fact he's one of two OG archons left who saw the archon war, and has to compare himself to the likes of Zhongli and Raiden Ei.
Venti is more of an Intelligence and Wet works type like Yelan, as during the war of independence against Decarabian, Venti played a support role and the windblume event gave us lore that it was a code word during gatherings and Intel sharing iirc.
But in terms of pure power scaling, Venti is OG, that alone tells us he's stronger than what he says or thinks he is.
Well OG doesn't mean much. Sure it means he may be older than most but even that wouldn't be right since him and ei are around the same age but ei is not the OG archon since she gave up hear throne to Makoto and reclaimed it 500+ years ago. (Technically ei would be older than venti since in her second story quest she fought the shogun for 500+ years making her live through 500+ years more years in a brief period of time in the real teyvat). I would say currently he is like Makoto, a god who is less powerful but relies more on intelect.

The 500 years fight happened in a "chaotic space." the different flow of time has nothing to do with Ei herself and more to do with the nature of the realm.
