What if the house 20*50 20ft width and 50ft length. Then if divided by 9 then we only get 2.22 ft.?? It's too small entrance?

1) entrance at Bhallat at north good but entrance need staircase on first floor but as per vaari staircase not good near Bhallat entrance

To get a main door in north, we give stairs in north. we don't think there is anything wrong in it.

Sir i am a Civil Engineer from tamilnadu, my father's land is 10000sft(North facing), the cardinal north direction is tilted 30 Degree towards East by placing Magnetic Compass in center of the land. My father proposed to partition the land for two sons by equal share(Me and my younger brother). Sir my Question is how to partition the land whether as per actual land condition (30 degree tilting condition) or as per exact cardinal direction. If tilt exact north direction as per compass needle, there are two small diagonal portion on south side of the land for each portion (36'0"Width x14'0"length), we ready to neglect diagonal remaining portion after partition.
