Ballad of Never After ending wrecked me. I haven't been brave enough to read book 3 lol.
@@ellys106 I was so lucky to have read them all one after the other but if I didn’t have book 3 ready to go I would have been CRUSHED! But I can promise you book 3 is worth the risk!
Silver Flames was such a weird book for me to read because one hand I loved all the Nesta stuff and her friendships but at the same time Cassian felt way younger than he came across in the other books. And then the author seemingly massively fell out of love with Rhys and Feyre and wrote them in such a strange unpleasant way. Now at a point where I mostly wish she had stopped with the original trilogy.
@@ellys106 No this is EXACTLY how I feel and you put it so well!! I definitely need to reread the series because having read more fantasy now with some amazing MMCs I’m like was it really that good or did Cassian just look really good beside a dodgy Rhysand?? I know right! She just seemed to decide to make Rhys unlovable because I am thinking about to the Rhys we met in ACOMAF and this is not the same one in Sliver Flames !!
