Linking the watch to a smartphone provides access to the correct time, not only in the current location but over 300 cities around the world. Alarm setting and control over various other functions from the smartphone enhance operability to an unprecedented high level.
Automatic Time Adjustment:
Watch is automatically updated with the latest available time zone and summer time information.
Accurate Time System:
Accurate time information (UTC) is acquired by a smartphone from a time server on the Internet. The smartphone then analyzes this time data and its own current positioning data regarding the time zone and DST (daylight saving time) status of the current location and resets the watch to the correct time automatically. Since Wi-Fi communication is also possible, the smartphone can also acquire time information in indoor environments such as airports or subways.

Performing a button operation on the watch causes your phone to sound a tone, even if it is in silent mode. This means you can quickly locate your phone even if it is in your bag, or anywhere else nearby.

Measurements with an accuracy of up to 1/1000-second can be transferred to your phone. Memory provides storage of up to 200 lap times (EQB-900/800 : up to 100 lap times)

I cant thank you enough buddy !!! I took 4-5 days to understand what was wrong with my watch.. but i could adjust it in 5 mins as soon as saw this video !!!
It took me 45 min to reset all the hands from 1 to 8 after I ran out of battery and have to change it. But it worked! Even the staff at Casio shop didn't know how to do it. Thanks a lot !

Mine EQB-500 is around 6 years old and it's been in drawer for around one and half years. It's not working now. Do I need to go for battery replacement or keeping it under sunlight for 8 hours only can fix it?

@@SolimBD it's working now. But showing incorrect world time. App shows the correct world time but on watch it's 5:30 hr delayed
