title is vary misleading, he is not F-rank, but vary much SSS-Rank. Having the ability to tame more then 1 creature at a time, while all other tamers can only tame 1 at a time, makes him S-Rank alone. Then being able to tame S+ rank beast girls makes him SS rank, then being able to tame many of them at one time while still able to temp tame other creatures makes him SSS rank.
This recap actually left a lot out. A different recap says that the old party realized that the MC is actually a very skilled beast tamer. The two casters of the old party knew they had made a mistake, but couldn't bring themselves to admit it. Agath (the big dude in armor) was able to at least partially admit to the mistake and offered MC an olive branch. The leader basically played the villain by getting mad that the universe didn't revolve around him, and instead of acknowledging his mistake, he decides to try and kill the MC.
I have heard like 5 different voices, but a dozen or more different recap channels. I don't see them jumping around between the various different channels to narrate, so I suspect they are all using AI text-to-speech (pretty impressive TTS if true).

Also can't leave out that he can tame insects and things other than just beasts. While other tamers have to pick one or the other.
