- This video gives you a detailed comparison between Germany and Australia, as I have been a student in both countries. As I did my computer science degree (CS) in Germany, I did an exchange semester in Australia, at the University of Sydney.
It can be extremely helpful if you are considering studying or working in Germany or Australia and are not fully sure between the two.
I will compare both on the following six criteria and give you a Winner on each of them. Who do you think will win in this contest of Germany vs Australia?
I will start by comparing both the countries, Germany and Australia, on the study and living costs. It's known that the study costs in Germany are lower than in Australia, but you need a blocked account in Germany. The education system in Germany and Australia is well developed and there are some differences that I talk about in the video, like how difficult the studies are in Germany.
Moreover, I also talk about the difference in student life and how the campus life is in Germany and Australia. I mention the fact that Australian universities can be a bit more multicultural than in Germany. However, big universities like TU Munich, RWTH Aachen, and TU9 Universities won't have any lack of multiculturalness.
I also talk about the differences in Work opportunities and salaries in Germany and Australia, and the differences between culture and living. As LIVING IN GERMANY can be a lot different than LIVING IN AUSTRALIA, because the LANGUAGE BARRIER IN GERMANY can be bigger than in Australia.
Another important point is traveling and exploring, both TRAVELING IN GERMANY and TRAVELING IN AUSTRALIA can be very interesting, also Germany offers you the opportunity to TRAVEL IN EUROPE and not just in Germany.
Through this video, you can get a detailed insight on the differences between Germany and Australia for students, and for living in General. It will also help you decide which country is the best for settling abroad.

Is there any difference between doing bachelor's in CS from a technical university and university of applied science.
If so which is better for the job market.
I have researched a bit, there I found most CS programs are from university of applied science. Few technical universities offer CS
Both technical universities and universities of applied science offer valuable Computer Science programs. It's essential to choose a program that aligns with your career goals and interests.

For four semesters the tuition fee can easily be around 40K AUD. Living costs come on top of that
It would be from 75k to 100k AUD for four semesters

Both the countries have pathetic internet speeds compared to UAE.
For me the internet speeds have been fine in both the countries.
@@Divyansh_Sharma05 i have been to perth and the nbn speeds are pathetic.
We get better speeds in India itself.
Now I am juggling between 2 countries.
Jio has really improved the internet speeds.
1500 rupees for 300 mbps along with ott.
This is ultimate.
In Ajman 300 mbps exists but its quite expensive.
Visiting various countries opens perspective.
Most foreign countries are often hyped in Indian movies which sets the wrong expectations.
@@bharath2508 For meithe internet speed as been enough in all the countries I have lived in so far. So I rather evaluate the countries on other aspects as super high internet speed is not a major factor when it comes to quality of life. Currently in the world, most developed countries offer enough internet speed for normal people

@@Divyansh_Sharma05 there are thousands of students studying in English they don't know German and u also said in Germany ppl pay 40 percent tax where did you find?

I pay 40% 🙂
@@Divyansh_Sharma05 still you are giving wrong information .even for bachelor there are so many degrees in every university . In which you stay?
In German only students can do part time job how you pay 40percent tax . It also depends if you are married or do u have baby etc. And so many other things but there is no employee in normal circumstances pay 40percent tax . You are a student came here 2 or 4 yrs ago and you don't know language certain rules regulation and you even didn't get integrated with German culture they why you give wrong information ? It is not only you there some others
@@jubairofficial7665
I am not aware of many English taught degrees in public universities in Germany, most require german.
I came 6 years ago, know language, have completed my studies and am now working full time, not part time.
Every employee who earns more than 58.5K Euros per year pays around 40% in taxes, you can do simple research :)
Yes, with marriage and kids it can be decreased but I am talking from a single person's perspective who works full time.
Bro your way of explaining is not good
Thanks for the feedback. What can I improve?
Germany is not for kids.
Its as simple is that. Its a journey, it makes people strong, matured!
Spending 80k USD in AUS vs spending 0k USD In germany on education!
This is where Every one get lost to germany for sure.
Germany does offer a unique experience for students seeking higher education.
