Gallagher can utilize Sunday's relic set so well he can give up to 36 CD with the cost of 2 skill points & his EBA. or can heal Bronya if needed & give cd indirectly to Blade. If you have enough skill points & have no fire weakness enemies to break can use this technique very often
Gal's basic only heals him if he's using the "What is real?" lc. If not, the only way his basics can heal him is if the enemy has the besotted effect from his ulti.
