People don't understand the trainer is directing traffic , it's when the fighter is sparring his opponent attempts to enforce the laws .
This is a step to induce speed and accuracy there is no defense involved. This is how Ryan lost. Nhe ran the same cycle at the same timings 3x in a row and tank clocked him.
