Just got all my PnP files made up and about to play. One question that I've not found an answer to: do traps attack ALL nightmares at once? If I have a trap between two nightmares for example, will it attack them both or only one?
This is very helpful! Thank you! Is one attack action just one trap in range at a time, or any number of traps in range to take down a target? Also when nightmares attack a trap it is all of the placed nightmares in range or just one at a time? Thanks for your help!
I’m a bit confused about trap health. Say a card gets attacked for 2 and it has 3 health, it survives. Therefor do you need something on the card to mark it still has a health remaining? And or does it refill to its full health for the next attack/s?
In order to destroy a Nightmare, you need to deal the full damage required using one or more traps which are in range of the Nighmare. The traps will target it simultaneously as one Attack action, The same applies for Traps, which the Nighmares will either attack the Lighthouse or a Trap. In either scenario, damage does not carry over for Traps and Nightmares, so less damage will always have no effect. Hope this helps! :)
Thank you. 1 question - so i do not have to kill all nigtmares to win? if last card drawn I survive that round (lets say 2 nigtmares, 2 traps on board left) - I win? cause it was weird to me - how to win game if at the last round I am basically out of traps and and I must kill all nightmares
Nope, you just have to survive through the night!! aka as long as your Lighthouse has one point of health once the last round is finished, you're good to go! :)

Eyyy congrats on getting your build done! For the action phase, when attacking you select one nightmare card to target. Hope this helps! :)

Of course! And yes, that's correct! For an attack, all traps/nightmares in range will perform the attack on the target card. :)

Yeah, think of the deck like it's a countdown to sunrise and the remaining nightmare dissolve with the light of the sun.
I thought the flames also represented the trap strength. So a 3 Fire trap can destroy a 2 skull Nightmare.
So, each card's default strength is 1-- the # of skulls/flames represent the card's health. :)
@@tabletoptokki Thank you! I will have to relearn the game 🥲
small game 🥵
