Unfortunately, all too often, people have the same experience as you. I just hope this video can help others try and have a better experience and perhaps also nudge organizations to review their onboarding for ServiceNow professionals and consider enhancing. For the COE group, definitely wise to ask about groups like this and if they don't have it...your question around it may spark that drive for them to consider adding it!
