Those sandwiches look better than average for McDonald's. With that vintage commercial in the beginning I also remember when sandwiches were only $1. Back in the late 1960s we used to ride our bicycles as kids to the local Delicatessen and we used to get the 99 cent Italian hoagie and a can of soda for 25 cents. Those were the days! ❤🚂🙏🏻✌🏻

After John mentioned that he looked at the ingredients, I also went to see what they were. It specifically says paprika, which is generally mild. But, it also lists a generic "spices" as an ingredient, and that could be anything.
When I make my own cajun spice blend, I include cayenne. I'm guessing that is what is biting Bobbie.

Another awesome taste test, I think I'd pick the one with the pickles, I'm not a fan of all the lettuce and tomatoes. I don't know if we will try these, my husband loves KFC, and I could do without, but it's always nice to see what's new. Thanks for sharing.

I liked the yesteryear commercial, They were the good old days. And I'll have to try that Sandwich, Not the deluxe though.Well I went to Mc D's and bought the Mc crispy chicken Not the spicy, But it tasted spicy, But not overly for me.They forgot the pickles ,But I thought it was good and tasted like something different, I would order it again.Thanks for your post,👍

Your back yard looks awesome!! I’ve never gone to McDonalds for any kind of chicken.The sandwich looked pretty good plus I love spicy . That would cost at least $2 more where I am. I do love Popeyes chicken sandwich but they made the chicken smaller it’s not as good a value as it used to be IMO. Their flounder filet on the other hand is an amazing sandwich! Must be real nice sitting out on your deck on a summer evening. Keep living the good life and will see you tomorrow , hopefully!

In my town of Huber Heights, it's a little higher so I will budget in May and give the sandwich a try. I love spicy.

Gonna have to try this one. McDonald's chicken sandwiches are pretty decent.. seems like if I'm eating it there right when lunch starts, everything is fresher and hotter. My McD's screws up orders frequently in the drive thru, lol.

Paprika is made from dried peppers, so depending on which type you use, it can be mild to spicy and even sweet to savory.

Wow! McDs is now more expensive in the USA than here in UK. When I was in the States last year I couldn’t believe how much more expensive food is now. They always used to say if you could afford to get to the States, then once you got there everything was cheaper. The only thing significantly cheaper now is fuel. If your food prices seem cheap to you because of the levels of income, then anyone from the USA is going to find Europe really cheap to visit!

David it is a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker Last Call. It's a Air Intake that's sticking out of hood. It's called Shaker because it Shakes when engine rev's up. Very cool we love it. I'll give you a ride in it if we every meet. 😎😎

My hubby had a fancy for a Big Mac last week and i had a regular chicken sandwich meal. Haven't eaten from McDonald's for a long time. He loved his but I found it passable, might like to try making my own cajun and ranch sauce chicken sandwich some time, not sure wee get it in England. Loved the peaceful setting in you garden, very hard to find somewhere as quiet here to live ❤❤

Sounds like they used Hot Paprika. I only have Sweet Paprika in my house because the hot is way to hot for me.

Hello guys. If it had Cajun sauce more than likely the culprit that made it spicey was cayenne pepper. But for $6+ I'll pass on the McCrispy Chicken sandwhich too expensive for me.

One hopes that it is spicy when you see Cajun but not always. Cracker Barrel has a spicy Cajun grilled catfish but it has mo heat at all, not even from pepper. It tasted good, just disappointed there was no heat.
