Yellow Man, Half Pint, Charlie Chaplin, Michael Rose, and Edi Fitzroy perform live at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre, Kingston, Jamaica, in 1985.. Развлечения
I'm legitimately saddened that there aren't more clips of yellowman live, dude is incredible to witness on stage
Google and see they're out there🥰❤️🖤💚
He was so unique and talented. Took the dancehall scene over. First international dancehall star
True. The cycle drops voids with no views. Many do not know him. This past year 13 more resurfaced and are now up but if folks don't view them they fall back.
Simply incomparable - Michael Jackson would pay respect dance hall legend
I'm 52 now, I was 13 when I first saw him perform on stage in Nigeria in 1985; my older sister and I snuck out to his concert..with Shabbat Ranks and a host of others...good times!😊
i was yellowmans limo driver in Chicago and during UOC concert he invited me to the stage and i was moving and dancing with the band,, unforgettable memory ,,Thank you Yellowman and Band
Wow that’s amazing
🧢
That was so cool for him to do that!!!
What year ? I saw him at the Wild Hare Reggae Club in Chicago. I don't quite remember the year. Maybe 1985.
@@brigittea5110 I was there too. Packed. A great show.edit actually the show I went to was a bit later,,late 90s at Wild Hare

I would have agreed up until I relistend like 10 times. Charlie ties IMHO. They all sound great with the video off. But with video on Yellow and Charlie sound even better seeing them vibe to the environment
This was so good and funny yellow man doing the Michael Jackson dance

Seen yellowman live in Rico Colorado. The highest concert in the world. He was great and after the concert came out in the crowd and got high with me and my friends. One of the best nights of my life.
A real down to earth person he is, that is why Jamaica loves him.
Long live KING YELLOW!!!
Those were the days, yellowman is king!

Need to sharpen up your act Sista ! 😉x
Remarkable man his story is inspirational and needs to be shared. Amazing artist 🇯🇲
90s dancehall gets most of the credit, but I think the 80s was a better era. Music was a bit more rootsical while maintaining a danceable groove.
I agree, Dean.
Yes with u roy charlie, Josey and the great brigadier jerry
I agree it was more sexual explicit in the 90s.
I was lucky to be in Jamaica for 4 months 1986 dancehall music was everywhere in buses and kitchens and on the streets with soundsystems build up on weekends.
Old school reggae was more psychedelic too more ethereal and chill, 90’s dancehall is more turn up for sure but if I wanna smoke a bit and chill I’m fs jamming 80’s
She’s precious princess black she’s tougher than a rock. Wow.

This video collection is priceless. Thank you is not enough. Growing up a youth in NYC I saw almost every legend to hit the stage. Multiple visits to JA as well. Still see tons of reggae-now in San Francisco , but those mid 80’s up thru early 2000’s was just EPIC.
Glad you are fulljoying the channel, and hope i can help to continue that joy Stay safe.

King Yellowman 🤴
YELLOW!!!
The King 💯💯💯💯👍
I just love yellowman. Me really sad that I don't see him in his prime😢
