@@AFCHAVERTZ Great question, it should be available if you had an update yesterday or today. If you didn't have a update for FIFA 23, then you cannot perform it. The updates will roll later on some other platforms, it might take weeks for old gen (if they update it).

This camera is called the Pro camera, with camera shake set to as low as possible. It looks good on video and especially on vertical video, but I don't play competitive matches with it. In my opinion it's great for skills tutorials (and the arena), but for matches it's hard to play well with it and always see your teammates.
I think it's called the Ronaldo sleep/nap celebration. But you should be able to do it with Ronaldo as a signature celebration via the pass button. Ronaldo has multiple signature celebrations, so this will trigger from a random roll. It won't perform it always, random roll mechanism.
Yeah it this moment it might not be updated to the old gen switch version. But I've heard that the Switch EA FC version will get major updates and some of the new gen features will come to it. Maybe the new FIFA version (EA FC24) will be better in Switch version, hopefully.

And as Cristiano Ronaldo has now many of them, it'll do a random roll between all of them and the celebration comes randomly with either siuuu variations or the new sleep/nap celebration. It's basically a coinflip, you either get the siuuu or the new one.
It actually does 3, the Suii, The nap, and the one where he stands still looking at the crowd with his hands on his waist. Like he did when he scored against Barcelona with the blue kit and took his shirt off
