Sam & Max Secret Origins: Skun-Ka'pe

A Flash short created in the lead-up to the release of The Devil's Playhouse in 2010. This was created as a sort of spirital successor to the "I Wonder What Happens In Tales of Monkey Island" Flash shorts that ran during that game's production. Though this was intended to maybe be a series, there was ultimately only ever one Secret Origins video made (in part because Marius Winter, the animator on this short, was spending his full time working on actual cinematics in the game!).

Your memory is spot on. Recovering this video was surprisingly painful :( The frames had to be re-assembled by hand because the original Flash file is lost, and the only archived master copy of the video has incorrect timing everywhere. And on top of that, the video still refuses to export properly. The version we re-assembled has this shot, but it got dropped for mysterious reasons when re-exporting.
