@@neilstuart9727 yea seems Bob is doing a lot of their engines right now. I thought Ole man had talked to Bob about something exclusive at one time.
Bob has been building all of their motors, aside from the lough ls in the falcon, since the beginning. The one time they stepped out for the big block in the nova, it bit them in the ass. That motor now is also one of bobs builds. But Bob is by no means exclusive to the src crew. The deal bill has alluded to is to build a give away engine, basically identical to what's in bills Malibu.

We built a 377 years ago and it was pretty impressive for a smaller cubic inch engine. That is going to be a pretty healthy small block with over 700 inches of lift and 18 degree heads. Can’t wait to see it run.

Perhaps it's time to start marketing a line of "Billy" small blocks or with the addition of a dyno a "Billy " tune. Love what you guys are doing! I find that Street Race Channel, The Old Man's Garage, Gen 2 Garage, Miss Midnight Maverick, and even Jimmy Dale to be far more entertaining than Street Outlaws. These channels are equally as good as the original 405 show and are far better than any of the current NPK/ Street Outlaws derivatives. These channels are relatable and allow everyone the opportunity enjoy absolutely outstanding content. So a big thank you to these channels for sharing what you do for everyone to enjoy.

Uncle Bob is something special and I know Billy is learning a lot from him. Somebody gotta take over eventually for us old guys. My son and I been going and helping out at a engine shop. It's out in the middle of some farmland. We have a blast and my son is really learning something hands on. It's awesome to see them teach and work at the same time.

The racing world is so jealous of you guys. You have almost your own machine shop. Most of us are waiting months for engine work to be done. You have 4 projects being worked on at the same time. I've been waiting a full year for my heads to be worked on. I still don't have them back.

Should've left the disclaimer out - lettem' think that it's only a 450HP combo NA while the Dime is gapping them, LOL
Such a shame that the Trick Flow deal didn't work out, their heads are generally just plain solid, capable pieces(I mean, High Ports and Twisted Wedges are still the go-tos for SBFs, and the A460s are hard to beat for huge power with the BBF), too bad about how these 18s worked out. But I'm still excited to see it staying 18°, those heads with a single plane and 372"(and the appropriate cam), it should be quite the high winding turbo combo! Love those Crower steel rockers too, I don't know why anyone runs anything else if they're available for your platform(wish they offered them for more heads; I need some BBF Crower steel shaft rockers!), affordable and you NEVER have to worry about those things breaking.

Its funny seeing the engine on the dyno with injectors fuel rails and a Carburetor. Cant wait to see the truck back in action, bout to be rippin heads off!

Can't say how many times we've seen that intro,, the S10 and Protege' pack'n their front wheels as they get it on toward the finish line side by side but it always makes me smile. 🙂 Look'n forward to the truck that made SRC famous AND Tommy's blue S10 be back among the 'ready to race' SRC stable.

Bob`s laugh when Bill said you shifted @6700rpm cracked me up. That valvetrain gave up the ghost cause Billy upped the boost just a bit too much, but hey, it won the Kent trophy. Gave its all, but it will be back with better heads, cam, lifters and valve train to handle Billy and the BOOOOOOOST! 😁 Can`t wait to see the S10`s and the Nova back up and making hits. I would put the nova junk motor back basic and put it in the blue s10, put the 440 in the nova, keep the malibu the way it is and get another motor for backup for whatever you blow up.
The 440 having a Dart block makes so much sense for the Nova
