OR, on the opposite spectrum, if someone could easily afford a $10M to $20M homes by the beach.... who in their right mind would buy such a property in any of these deep, southern states? Okay, fine, YOU don't want to do it, even with $10M - $20M in your bank. You prefer Louisiana or Kentucky. No problem. There are 50 other buyers with 2 to 10 times your asset.... WANTING to buy that property that is overlooking the Gold Gate Bridge...
