It's based off the event in-game called "Girl in Distress" where if you choose to help, you get ambushed and have to fight 9 Sarkaz guys (people hiding) in a less than ideal battlefield. That girl was also the bartender, as you can see by her phone lock screen.

I really like the story the creator(s) gave to the cautus girl. Is there a manga out there with a character with a similar premise as the cactus girl? The character tricks people passing by with a sympathetic trap before their family and friends spring into action, kill the sympethtic person and steal their stuff. They are obviously morally wrong, but its the only way they know how to live, so it gives a sympathtic twist. The MC comes around and the character tries the same trick, but the MC kills the ambushing people (her friends and family). The MC finishes "helping" the character pretending to be trapped and leaves without realizing she setup the ambush. The rest of the manga, she is a reoccuring side character (acting as a side plot or maybe she can be the main plot?), which has her trying to kill the MC, but they constantly fail and even occasionally ends up accidentally helping the MC because she isn't a killer at heart and has no experience killing. Throughout the manga you kinda hope she succeeds, but also root for the MC because he has a noble objective of his own. A few scenes of them getting to know each other... And at the end she has the perfect opportunity to kill them, but decides not to.
