If you consider the sheer sensor size of this phone those blotchy noises shouldn't have existed in the first place, hell even unprocessed RAWs will probably look a lot less noisy than this. Snapdragon variant simply missed the focus here, if it locked the focus just fine then it would've been an easy victory for Snap.

Shadow details and exposure is better on Exynos version. Don't worry about how it looked to your eyes during lower light. Low light capability is especially to brighten up and give details, so exynos did much better bringing up the shadows in darker scenes.
Is it just me who prefers the exynos output? I feel like it captures more natural colors and better dynamic range. The snapdragon boosted saturation and contrast and to me looks oversharpened rather than actually capturing more detail.
Can't really tell what is natural color though unless you were the one taking the pics so it never really translates 100%. I agree the Exynos did well but when it comes to processing the highlight clipping, the lack of detail on Zoom shots and the night time artifacting is just something I couldn't use personally.

Pictures are probably closer than they have ever been! I luv shooting in portrait mode but have never really liked Samsung’s portrait mode until the S21 ultra, it’s improving with every update. Samsung is still no where near iPhone for taking pictures of people tho! and that coming from an samsung fan!! But samsung is a better camera overall! I’m sad to say I’ve NEVER tried a phone with a snapdragon chip in my life as I live in the UK.
I am glad I got the exynos version. It exposes the shadows very well and distant subjects aren't as too contrasty as that of snapdragon version. Exynos gives a well balanced images overall in terms of exposure compared to the sd version. Sd bossted the contrast thus crushing the shadows. Also in portrat mode, the sd version messed up by keeping the lady in the background in focus, she is little far behind the subject, your kid but still came on focus while exynos took it as backgroud which they should. Exynos definitely is better with the hdr and exposing the dark areas well. Also portrait mode is sharper too as your wife's neck frekles are captured more on exynos protrait shots. And all the night time images are more detailed on exynos model. With a little bit of noise though.
@@Goxus95 snapdragon is always better bruh. Don't even doubt it. Overall way way better than exynos crap. On Long term uses, on high phone internal memory storages, even full storage, on camera shutter speed, on gallery opening and image management speed, on games and heavy graphic applications, on a lot of things snapdragon is way better. Exynos good when storage is a lot free, not much heavy apps on yoir phone, not much images and videos, till then exynos will do as good as SD but once your phone starts carrying a load, exynos looses its stamina quickly.
It is unacceptable for Samsung to produce such disparate results simply by having a different processor. After a lifetime on Android I'm considering switching to iPhone just to get a camera with real consistency. The beach scene at 06:19 am is much better on the Snapdragon. It is exactly how a sunset photo should be, the Exynos photo would only look better to someone who has no idea of photography.
Excellent comparison. I think it boils down to personally taste which one you would got for. I would go with the Snapdragon chip every time. Just because of the chip not the photos.
Samsung is trying to make snapdragon variant worse than exynoss, it happened to galaxy note 20 ultra too and it will happen to s21 ultra too m. It is some kind of tactic from samsung. I bet, previous update for snap version was better than this one, exynos becomes better and better over updates and sd becomes worse and worse by times.

Im confused wether to grab exynos or sd version.
From an eye of a potographer, SNAPDRAGON wins 👍💯

To have an S21 Ultra snapdragon in europe is a dream I can't have
im seeing this video after the s22 ultra is out and it took me the whole video to realise that it was about the s21 not the s22💀😂
It's reassuring to see exynos 2100 not too far behind sd
Exynos is better.. performs well at night.. Exynos wins
I have the snapdragon but I liked more the exynoss
@@ilyasclarkson2556 Absolutely.. I bought Exynos version few days back. Switched from iPhone 12 Pro Max to S21 Ultra. Pretty happy with my decision :)
@@ZubairZVlogs im happy for, i hope you'll enjoy it

@@shivamkhannaca hahaha why not my friend
pls tell.which is best.snapdragon or exynos.
Something known, Snap Dragon is much better, especially in the issue of frames and zoom
Same. My note 10 plus take better photo in low light than my s21 ultra Exynos which is embarrassing.
Excellent comparison. I think it boils down to personally taste which one you would got for. I would go with the Snapdragon chip every time. Just because of the chip not the photos.
What i really hate about this phone is its inconsistencie.......
I wanted to but a s21 ultra but now im not so sure
Great comparison man.. thanks!
супер! все понятно без перевода, хорошая графика. лайк и подписка! привет из России
Such a detailed video. Kudos on ur effort. Thank u
Good comparison between the updated two variants.
Still waiting for the next Note.
Can you do a detailed review on your Bdi Centro and its cable management. Could you also show us your matching bdi drawers? I bought bdi centro and planning to buy its matching office drawers too
Finally someone who notice the night camera issue even now. Most of the photos and videos are unusable when this happens.
Do a review with this phones with OnePlus 9 pro after the updates , it's nice to see such a comparison in this place and time
Thankfully Danny ... For keeping everyone informed about updates and the fact that processors process photos differently . 👍😁😊
great detail review, IMHO both are great at this point, not like last gen discrepancies
I've never thought that those chips give different colors :o
s21 ultra exyns vs s22plus snapdragon wich camera good ? sorry bad englsıh :D :D
Thanks a lot for this great comparison.
Unfortunately as I am living in France I got the extension version.
Coming back from an IPhone 12 Pro I was disappointed from night photo...
Thanks

Exynos* not extension lol
