You need to set a goal for yourself regarding the number of reps you want to do in a given time, also you need to tack your belly in when performing this exercise for the Abs to be more engaged. If you don’t have to will power to do this, please get a training partner or someone to keep you motivated until you get to the level you can take up yourself maybe…. Until then stay fit always #ItsALifeStyle

I wondering if you could make videos regarding females as well ( like take a female along ).. I learnt females also have a criteria they have to meet .. not necessarily different from the men but maybe theirs will be a little less intense because of the difference in bodies .. I think it’ll help to give more insight to those females who also want to join the military..
