You really can't frame someone in the name of integrity- sort of a contradiction in terms.
Basically the second legal case, said under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Commissioner can do anything he wants, justified or not (i.e. there is no recourse).
When Brady took the NFL to court over deflategate, many lies they had told came out. Example: The NFL never asked Brady for his cell phone. Yet they had previously reported that Brady had refused.

Nobody really believes Brady cheated. The commissioner is a hater. The only people that believed Brady cheated were the Commissioner, Rob Parker, Shannon Sharpe and maybe Max Kellerman. He could use a nerf football and beat anybody.

FFS...the "Manning Rule" referred to the decision to let teams have their own balls and allow the QBs to rough them and and make minor adjustments to the balls to match the QBs liking. Several QBs admitted they want more or less air...but there was never any evidence that the balls were adjusted beyond legal limits.

Sue the NFL for the money that you should've made during those suspensions and have them pay for defamation of Character too. They should've got Gil Grissom to work this case. He let's the evidence determine innocence or guilt. He doesn't determine guilt and then work the evidence to fit his conclusion.

Just show the man the respect he deserves. He does have the of football, but on the other side he’s a dad and a husband that needs to spend more time with his family. Enjoy his children while their still young. Because they grow up so fast. I personally think Tom was great… I also feel this was the time to be more involved with his and his beautiful wife. He had the best of both worlds . Toms a A legend . He earned it . And now he deserves to have his family time. As a wife I can relate. Of course we want our husband around more and involved more in the family. Kudos to Tom Brady and his beautiful family.

I question whether or not the Pats selling so many top notch players and leaving Brady with inadequate runners and receivers at the end was a part of the parity deal.

Bountygate is far more serious. Paying players bonuses for injuring and damaging other players' and impacting their careers is heinous.
Deflategate, however, was not just a "minor thing." It was a clear manifestation of the basic Gas Laws of Physics. An object inflated with a gas loses or gains pressure when the temperatures change.
The Pat's footballs were inflated to the minimum and so went below when taken out of the warm locker room to the cool, wet field. It is ridiculous that Brady had some special deal with the ball boys. It was never even shown that there was any benefit to underinflated footballs.
Golden Boy, Untouchable, Aaron Rogers could say he deliberately overinflated his footballs in public and no one gave a damn.
The league wanted parity and knew that fans of many franchises were getting sick of backing losers. So scapegoat your G.O.A.T. and take a way draft picks and money.

Don't underestimate the power of that MASSIVE chip on Tom Brady's shoulder during his "revenge tour" which led to the SB win.
Remember Goodell sweating his *** off waiting to hand Tom Brady the Lombardi? And when he held his hand out waiting for Brady to shake it? I watched and re-watched that moment and Tom clearly kept Goodell hanging for a nanosecond just to mess with him. I would have loved to see Tom's eyes staring at Goodell like a BOSS.

Brady does not seem like the kind of person who, having retired, would now sue the NFL for defamation of character, to see Pash and others take the witness stand and explain what went on. I think Brady would prefer to go on with life and achievement, and leave this behind him.
That mindset is what most people hate, would you just try to push it behind you if you were falsely imprisoned for crimes you didn't? How would you feel, will you sue the city or town for the actions of crooked officers and prosecutors tampering and making falsely evidence to convict you?

Why doesn't anyone bring up the NFL "front office" guy who was bringing his own footballs to the games, passing them to the ball boy and then selling them on Ebay as game used footballs?
There was even video of one incident where he gave the kid a "K" ball, kid hands it to the ref, and the ref gets a bit upset and hands him back the "K" ball. Yet that executive was quietly fired and nothing became of it?

Why didn't Chris Mortenson ever come out and retract his story? He was duped, initially, but never did anything to correct the record.
ESPN did release a retraction but they did it at midnight when no one was watching. They never brought it up again. Shows you how much ESPN was trying to cover up their asses as we well.

TB12 hasnt won a superbowl since the beginning of his career but after this accusation he went on to appear in 5 more superbowls and win 4 of them. The "No way! No How!" comment from Rob Parker could have helped too. who knows.

I think it’s great this is coming out but any sane person should have already figure it out. Look at what Brady has done since deflategate. It’s hilariously absurd the success he’s had with Super Bowl appearance, Super Bowl wins and individual numbers combine with his age, the whole deflagrate was the biggest joke going. People who believe it just purely hate Tom and the patriots and are looking for anything to prove what he has done couldn’t be done unless you cheat, but they all don’t get it, it’s about one thing and one word to depict Tom. Sacrifice. He sacrifices more so than anyone on the planet as it has to do with his success and his career. A lot talk about it and some do it but not to the extent Tom does not even remotely close. Always thinking how do I win wether it’s throwing for 500 yards in Super Bowl or handing it off 35 times it doesn’t matter to him and people have no idea how much time he constantly puts in but I think going forward as stories come out about the off the field commitment he had people may come around I mean just this last super bowl he moved his family out of the house for 2 weeks , who does that I mean the house is probably 10000 sq’ or more and the text messaging his entire offense with the deficiency’s of the player they are going against all that film he watched just looking rewinding looking rewinding taking notes it’s the most amazing example of doing everything possible to be the most prepared person and preparing his team. We’ve known for years that there was no DeflateGate! The refs found over 10 balls from both the Colts & Pats in that game. It’s called science! When you take balls from a 78 degree temperature and put them in freezing temperatures, the PSI will reduce automatically. Same with a car’s tires when it goes from a garage to freezing temperatures.
Brady got robbed of an NFL MVP cause of his egregious 4 game suspension and Matt Ryan got the award when he played far worse than Brady that season. I bet he gets robbed again this season when he leads the league in 10 stats whilst Rodgers has about 4🤮
