This review was great. It really was the average don’t know what I’m doing person which is me so the honesty is great. Tip with kings is make sure it’s in low voltage mode when camping and i always cool and pack before going away.

Gotta be honest
Quick run down from a fridgie (refrigeration and air cond tradie)
It’s one thing testing an empty fridge and completely different with a full one.
Fill the freezer with frozen chips and veges etc (already frozen) and fill the fridge with pre chilled drinks etc.
the camp fridge will initially get the temps as set then it will hold the temp longer because the “load” will take longer to change temps. (The compressor won’t run as much).
The fridge should be at 4c. The freezer should be below zero.
Initially it’ll use a bit of power but once the temps are achieved the goods inside will hold the temp longer meaning less power usage.
Try the test again with room temp goods. It’ll take forever and a lot of juice to bring the temps down.
As for the battery, plug it into the car while driving to keep the charge up. Installing a cigarette plug in the back of the Ute tub is handy to charge it. You can also run the fridge off the car while driving.

I guess you still have the Ecoflow Power system as well, with both systems you should be able to run a lot of appliances for the family when camping.

I bought the s700 and 140 watt allpowers solar ... separately though. 199 for s700 and 119 for the panel .. so 350 for black friday and cyber monday onnsale..

@ThatJohnstonLife just got s700 a and am charging it now and I get 140 watt panle on Monday it says Amazon.. it's light and very portable for bedroom for power outages and on the go .. I have a gas generator for larger appliances but am planning on going solar since the power bank market became niche versus last year

Be aware of the inferior quality of Allpowers: We bought a S700 model not even 1.5 years ago and it just died completely this month. Allpowers doesn't care at all, so we had to bring a 400+ USD device to recycling right away. No we bought an Ecoflow, hope it's better quality.

After 3 months of use it became a piece of junk. No one could fix it here in Lebanon the local dealer said he id sorry😡 and Allpowers launched the S700 V2 now 🤣🤣🤣 what a joke og a company!

Dude, you don’t need a battery when you’re camping…… you also don’t need a fridge, what you need are some friends and these friends will slap you every-time you try to take a fridge when you’re camping,
So far only found friends who are jealous of my fridge keeping their beers cold
When you have kids or older folk and fridge and kettle is vitel ! Dude
I'm thinking solar is a grift. God help us when our stupidity produces rolling blackouts.
