Contemplating going to a scrap yard to pick me up one of those tops gotta be the cheapest bass boat ever, you can even run it on smaller rivers with that 1 1/2 inch water line. Incredible!

Man I actually never owned a boat before and unfortunately can't afford one and to top it off the lake I'm closest too is drying up and a John Boat is probably the best option. This makes me want to honestly try the van top as a first boat.... my friend and I when I was younger had made quite a few redneck engineered things including a go-cart made from a shopping cart that went fast enough to get us pulled over for speeding along with use of an off road vehicle on public streets. I love these videos because we would try and make what ever we coul with what ever we found.

Filming is the fun part but the editing is pure torture. Just so boring and technical. You have to give these guys a lot of credit. They work. Except for the billionaire guy with the pond. I am sure he hires "little people" to do that kind of work. lol.

Yes, the Conversion Van/old Camper van top is smooth and actually looks like a boat. I hope one of that crew actually kept it and got it registered to use more. I have always thought that or an old hard top fiberglass car top was what would work for a boat in a pinch if you really wanted a cheap fishing boat.

How ayo and smalls screwed that up I have no idea. I couldn’t believe that norm agreed then when they both actually tried to roll if far I was going what the heck are they doing. Wasn’t until they were talking later that I realized that of all the people standing there none of them actually realized what he said

Love the video bro that was epic. Never thought the top of a van would float so well let alone a truck bed. I know a 2016 Corolla doesn’t float long. My wife and I bought it brand new in late 2015 our first new car by the way. In 2017 we got caught in a flash flood. The fire department had to come rescue us and everything so scary but to be fair it did float long enough for us to be rescued and then it sank quick.
