    Hello, I have just purchased these and they arrived today, but was just wondering should I wear these throughout my whole workout. This is because I purchased these to increase my vertical for basketball in order to dunk and was wondering wether I should wear them when doing exercises especially with high weights I.e squats, deadlifts, power cleans and squat jumps?

      Hi, Thank you for your order. Yes you can use the Explosive Power Jumper when using weights for deadlifts, squats and squat jumps. Don't use it when performing power cleans or snatches. Keep the weights at 50% of your 1 rep max as you do not want to overstrain the body when also using the Explosive Power Jumper. The squat jump is the best exercise you can do with the Explosive Power Jumper.
