The Real Reason Arya Rejected the Faceless Men | Game of Thrones
In this video, we'll be discussing why Arya decided not to join the Faceless Men
Arya was far and away the best and most fulfilling character to watch develop across the season's. Just masterful writing blending compassion, cunning, wit, vulnerability, and vengeance. That all culminating in that Walter Frey mask removal. Best moment in series!
But She became exactly what the faceless men set out to make her. They never intended to have her serve a traditional role, as they saw the threat coming from the north, and the heresy involving the dead returning to life. They trained her knowing her part in ending that heresy, sent her out for that mission, and in the end she did exactly as expected: in one stab gave thousands of souls back to the many faced god, just as planned.
Arya still wanted revenge. With the constraints of joining the faceless men they wouldn’t have happened. She never got rid of needle either because she was still holding on to the one thing that kept her tied to her family.
Aryra Stark despite of her father and mother’s death, from a very young age got separated from her sister and two brothers with no one to turn to she was not only a survivor since she needed to defend herself became a courageous warrior. what combat skills she previously learnt, using dagger🗡from Aegon’s prophecy with no fear but determination and strength I love how Arya Stark drove that dagger through The Knight King’s heart to kill that villain.💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The Night King was a great hero who was merely defending the realm from the evil lich-like entity known as The Three Eyed Raven.
Bran Stark died in that cave and the Night King got snoked anticlimaticly. Had he not been snoked so bad, Daenerys Targaryen would have never been able to destroy King's Landing and the lich would have never rose to power.
Aria is my favorite character in the story for me she was well developed with lots of growth
Because she had to get back to her brothers and sister, and because she was gone for a long time, she didn’t know what actually happened, but she grew up fast and became a fierce person
After the Waif trying to end her? I'd be out too.
because she refused that's why she was to be killed
... not today.....
❤
She still is a faceless man but she didn’t need a mask to fight at winterfell. She already had the face she needed to fight in the long night. The face she needed was Arya starks face. Cold blooded MF for real
I believe Arya wants to kill for a righteous reason, and not for a petty, ridiculous one.
Arya never forgot herself like a proper faceless one would…
She took what she needed from them for her to enact her revenge (her lkill ist was still her bedtime story)
Perhaps after everyone responsible for her family members deaths have met the many faced god, she will eventually take over the whole organization, queen of the underworld while her brother rules from the iron throne? Quite the turnaround from book one no matter what happens
SHE WAS PART OF THEM SHE HAD ALL THEIR ABILITIES JUST DID'NT WORK FOR THEM
She was ready to go home
"A girl could offer these names to the Red God" - that was a lie. She was only expected to kill the people *others* had chosen.
The many faced god turned out to be the stranger in the 7....
Cuz she was sick of his shit! I know I was.
Yeah, If GRRM gets off his Fat A$$ and finishes the freaking Books ……. We all may find out…..what happened!
