- We asked foreigners in Japan what they would like to do in Japan as spring is in full swing. At Narita Airport, we met a Swiss Air Lines cabin attendant and a group visiting Japan to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of a Taiwanese junior high school. We also met an Italian woman who had studied abroad in Japan until three years ago, who wanted to do karaoke in Japan for the first time in many years. A family from Switzerland who came to Japan for the first time had surprised their father, who celebrated his birthday the day before, with a trip to Japan. An American man we met in Shibuya lives near Shohei Otani (in the US) and cheered for him and the Japanese team at the World Baseball Classic. An American man who works at a university uploads a daily picture diary on Instagram of his impressions of life in Japan. He drew a cityscape with cherry blossoms in full bloom. An Australian man live-streaming in Shibuya was addicted to tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and tried to eat a super extra-large bowl of katsudon which is usually for six people, but regretfully gave up when there were only two pieces of katsu left. A Mexican woman who attended a Japanese language school enjoyed the hot springs of Kusatsu Onsen, experiencing hot spring bathing before she started working for a Japanese airline company. Enjoying the Japanese hanami experience were an American father and son and a Spanish couple who were celebrating their anniversary. Two women from Hong Kong enjoyed the cherry blossoms and the food stalls. A woman from Malta and a woman from Thailand became best friends at a Japanese language school. They enjoyed a hanami lunch to make memories at graduation. This RUclips will show you how they enjoy Japan to the fullest.
