    Meryl Streep discusses actors that she admires with best-selling author and UMass Lowell Professor, Andre Dubus III as part of the Chancellor's Speaker Series at UMass Lowell on 4/1/14. The event raised more than $230,000 for student scholarships.

    She's very modest to say "I don't know how these actors do it" because in my opinion she's one of the best.

    I wonder whether Meryl Streep would describe herself as a mystic in a sense ?
    I wonder about whether she might (perhaps secretly) be interested in Mysticism.

    LOL!! The late, great KATE HEPBURN who won FOUR OSCARS over a fifty year period and ALL of them for Best Actress once said of MERYL STREEP: "She's very transparent, isn't she? When I watch her I can see the wheels spinning behind her eyeballs."

      K. Hepburn was especially ultra jealous of Meryl Streep. Hepburn's acting is outdated as possible, she never transformed herself for a role, I think she was self-sufficient. Acting has evolved (thankfully) and the golden age in relation to acting is not a reference. She would never have had 4 Oscars today.
