I feel very bad for what is happening in Myanmar. I’m from the USA and I help the Myanmar refugees here in America. I was in Myanmar January 2020. I want to go back. I love the Myanmar people. Thank you for your efforts to teach us the Myanmar language.

please explain the meaning of အရေတော်ပုံအောင်ရမည်

It means “Revolution must be successful” / “Revolution must win”
အရေးတော်ပုံ - revolution
အောင် - to be successful / be a success / to win
မည် - sentence ending for future (equivalent of မယ် in speaking)
ရမည် - when you add ရ , it implies this must happen

sadness is not a negative emotion . it is the appropriate response to an unhappy situation so it may be considered as a neutral or even positive emotion. faced with the situation in Myanmar feeling sadness is the positive emotional response that is part of having compassion for the Myanmar people. anger, hatred, greed, lust, jealousy are negative emotions they are morally inappropriate responses to situations
