Has to be the best Neil Young song cover ever ! So many have tried to cover Neil and the result was plain awful, but this group nailed it. The music was as crisp and sharp as the wind and temperature must have been. Bravo !

Can anyone tell us where this takes place. Korea? China? Japan? I like their fast pace. They nail the hard-charging guitar sound but the lyrics are hilarious. We need to give them an A for effort!
That's Hiroyuki Hanada, and the other guitarist might be Shinya Ohe (not sure). They were the frontmen for The Roosters (ザ ルースターズ) in the 80's. The band reformed as the Rock n Roll Gypsies in the naughty's (2000's). Ohe had quit performing in 1985, but rejoined in 2004.
