    I recently got a job offer in Christmas Island, Just wondering how are the prices of food rent and internet like?

    • @TravelwithYiew
      @TravelwithYiew  4 года назад

      Congrats on landing a job in Christmas Island. Prices of food is pretty high there because most of the items are imported. Their meats are largely frozen from what I saw when I was there. I only could have access to the Internet at the Visitors Centre and also back at our accommodation. Speed is not that great. But it's a great way for cyber detox :)

    Hi Yiew, it looks like you guys had a nice little adventure on Christmas Island. We're planning on going there this year. What rental car company did you use and were you happy with their service? Also, which month did you go there. Thanks!

      Definitely not as stable as mainland Australia. You can only have signals from Telstra if I am not wrong. It’s a good cyber detox for me during my one week stay on the island. Enjoy the nature :)
