The Sony zv1 has its own stabilizer. Of course not as good as the thing that you bought but I never had a problem with unstabilized videos from you. The climate in the Philippines is not good for electronic devices. Often something gets broken thats why i try to use as little devices as possible and not too expensive. Nowadays phones can make very good videos too. Many big RUclipsr use only the phone.
