I had a 65 cruiser...you know,the car review people say the body looked dated, too square, too old, not modernizeable ,etc etc...i think it looks very contemporary with the 64 nova, and chevelle of those years...and much better than what ford and mopar had to offer
A beautifully styled car. I esp. like the grille/head lights. Lots of luxury, the right size and easy to work on. The perfect car, perhaps.

Hate to tell you, that is a 289, not a 259 engine! The '64 Daytona came stock with the 289. There were Avanti engine options available!
