Dollar tree has some really good plates & cups all for $1. That’s what I did when I was furnishing my apartment 😂. Been three years and all of them are working like a charm . Definitely check out home goods, Walmart, Amazon, Marshall’s, etc etc there’s always cheaper alternatives. Don’t get me wrong I love target but if I can save my money for the same quality imma do it 😉. Love you guys tho and love the apartment !!! ❤️❤️ it’s only up from here
When I moved into my apartment I bought most of my home items at TJ Max and Marshall’s and it’s way cheaper. They carry the same name brand items for cheaper 😊 OXO brand etc. Knife set as well that comes with a knife sharpener. You guys should go take a peak! They also restock new items almost every other day. So there’s always new stuff.

Something I’ve learned about cooking is spend money on knives! You’ll notice the difference when cutting and you’re more likely to cut yourself with a cheap dull knife. You pay for what you get and with cooking utensils, it’ll definitely show and it worth to spend money on because you’ll be using them A LOT! 😊

homegoods is the way to go i use to work there, and candles and mirrors were at a great price there and also thrifting furniture is really cool too i see a bunch of stuff for a good price like dressers and coffee tables at the bins and goodwill stores
i honestly would go to goodwill for the pots and pans they have good ones all you have to do is soak them in hot boiling soapy water with bleach and scrub them good all that silverware and kitchen aid items would've been. 100$ or even 60$ bucks

I recommend buying from thrift stores like Pots, vacuums, toasters and other things, they may not be the newest but it will save you lotsss of money and later on you can upgrade but it’s a good way to start especially since you bought a new home. God Bless you I hope this helped a little bit ❤️
