Cops have been doing this sort of bully tactic in long beach with the CHP driving in the crowd of bikes and pulling over cyclists. they are going to injure bike rider riding a CHP motorcycle into a crowd at a high speed. Las vegas has a bike ride every Wednesday by downtown usually around 8pm.
